Արտեմ Ասատրյանը գալիք տարվա բյուջեի հիմքում դրված հիմնական նպատակը համարում է ՀՀ քաղաքացիների կյանքի բարելավումը

Հաջորդ տարվա բյուջեի նախագծում դրված հիմնական նպատակը Հայաստանի քաղաքացիների կյանքի բարելավումն է: Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարար Արտեմ Ասատրյանը:

«Ես կարծում եմ, որ մեր հիմնական նպատակը, որը դրված է հաջորդ տարվա բյուջեի նախագծում և կառավարության գործունեության ծրագրում, մեր քաղաքացիների կյանքը բարելավելն է, որին հասնելու ենք»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ ասաց նախարարը:

Հարցին, թե հունվարից գնաճի նոր ալիք է սպասվում Հայաստանում, իսկ այդ ֆոնին աշխատավարձերի, թոշակների ու նպաստների բարձրացում չի նախատեսվում, ի՞նչ է սպասվում Հայաստանի բնակչությանը, Արտեմ Ասատրյանը պատասխանեց. «Գնաճային կանխատեսումները հաջորդ տարվա բյուջեի նախագծում արտացոլված են: Կան հիմնական մոտեցումները, որոնք արտացոլված են բյուջեի նախագծում: Մեր հիմնական խնդիրը սոցիալական պաշտպանության ոլորտի շարունակականության ապահովումն է: Ցանկությունները շատ են, որ ոլորտի ծրագրերի հատկացումներն ավելացվեն, հատկապես խոցելի խմբերի համար նախատեսված գումարներն ավելացվեն, բայց, ցավոք սրտի, այսօրվա հնարավորություններն այն են, ինչ ներկայացված են հաջորդ տարվա պետական բյուջեի նախագծում»:

Նախարարն ասաց, որ 2018 թվականի բյուջեն ուղղված է քաղաքացիների համար սոցիալական պաշտպանության ծրագրերի շարունակականության ապահովմանը և նաև կապիտալ ներդրումներին, ինչը կարևոր է այդ խնդիրների լուծման համար:

«Ես կարծում եմ, որ պաշտպանությունը թիվ մեկ խնդիրն է մեր նման երկրի համար: Իսկ մեր սոցիալական ծրագրերը հետևյալ նպատակին են ուղղված՝ Հայաստանի քաղաքացու կյանքը  լավացնելուն: Ես այն կարծիքին չեմ, որ մեկ օրում կամ մեկ ամսում հնարավոր է միանվագ որևէ միջոցառում իրականացնել, բայց որ հենքը պետք է լինի դա, ես այս հարցում այլ կարծիք չունեմ»,- ասաց Արտեմ Ասատրյանը:
