Գերագույն հոգևոր խորհրդի կանոնադրության նախագիծը խմբագրական աշխատանքներից հետո կուղարկվի թեմեր

Ն.Ս.Օ.Տ.Տ. Գարեգին Բ Ծայրագույն Պատրիարք և Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսի նախագահությամբ կայացած Գերագույն հոգևոր խորհրդի հերթական ժողովում քննարկվեց ԳՀԽ կանոնադրության լրամշակված նախագիծը: Գերագույն հոգևոր խորհրդի որոշմամբ` խմբագրական աշխատանքից հետո առաջարկությունների և դիտարկումների համար կանոնադրության նախագիծը կուղարկեն թեմեր: 

«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` ժողովը կայացել է ԱՄՆ Հայոց Արևմտյան թեմի առաջնորդարանում նոյեմբերի 1-3-ը: Վեհափառ Հայրապետի հովվապետական այցը թեմի հիմնադրման 90-ամյակի առիթով էր:

«Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսի պատմական այս այցը մեծ ուրախություն և խանդավառություն է առաջացրել ԱՄՆ Արևմտյան հայոց թեմում` զորացնելով սերը և նվիրումը Ս. Էջմիածնի և Հայրենիքի հանդեպ»,-նշել է ԱՄՆ Արևմտյան թեմի առաջնորդ Գերշ. Տ. Հովնան արքեպիսկոպոս Տերտերյանը:

Նա վստահեցրել է, որ Վեհափառ Հայրապետի այցից հետո վերանորոգված հավատքով, նվիրումով և սիրով պիտի շարունակեն իրենց առաքելությունը` ի շահ Հայոց Եկեղեցու պայծառության և բարգավաճման: 

Վեհափառ Հայրապետը շեշտել է, որ հովվապետական այս այցի առանցքում հայ պատանիներն ու երիտասարդներն են: Նա ուրախությամբ արձանագրել է, որ Հայրենիքից հեռու նրանց մեջ զորավոր են ազգասիրությունն ու եկեղեցասիրությունը, նախանձախնդրությունը հայոց լեզվի և մեր ազգային արժեքների պահպանության գործում: Նորին Սրբությունը գոհունակությամբ անդրադարձել է Մեքսիկա կատարած հովվապետական իր անդրանիկ այցին, ուր իր օրհնությունը բաշխել է տեղի հայությանը և միասնաբար աղոթել երկրաշարժից զոհվածների հոգիների հանգստության համար:

Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսը շնորհավորել է նաև ԳՀԽ նորընտիր կազմին` մաղթելով արդյունաշատ և բեղուն աշխատանք:

Օրակարգի հաստատումից հետո ընթերցվել և հաստատվել է նախորդ` 2017 թ. մայիսի 16-17-ին գումարված ԳՀԽ ժողովի արձանագրությունը:
Այնուհետև Գերագույն հոգևոր խորհուրդը քննարկել է ԳՀԽ կանոնադրության լրամշակված նախագիծը, որը պատրաստվել է Հայաստանյայց Առաքելական Սուրբ Եկեղեցու կառավարման բարձրագույն մարմինների կանոնադրությունների մշակման հանձնախմբի կողմից: Նախագծի վերաբերյալ անհրաժեշտ լուսաբանություններ են տվել հանձնախմբի անդամներ Գերաշնորհ Տ․ Հովնան արքեպիսկոպոս Տերտերյանը, Գերաշնորհ Տ․ Արշակ եպիսկոպոս Խաչատրյանը և իրավաբանական գիտությունների դոկտոր, պրոֆեսոր տիար Գևորգ Դանիելյանը։ Ժողովականներն իրենց դիտարկումներն ու սրբագրություններն են առաջարկել կանոնադրության հոդվածների վերաբերյալ: Գերագույն հոգևոր խորհուրդը որոշել է  խմբագրական աշխատանքից հետո կանոնադրության նախագիծն առաքել թեմեր առաջարկությունների և դիտարկումների համար: 

Ժողովի վերջում Վեհափառ Հայրապետը գոհունակությամբ անդրադարձել է ԳՀԽ անդամների արդյունավետ աշխատանքին` ի նպաստ եկեղեցու առջև ծառացած մարտահրավերների հաղթահարմանը: Նորին Սրբությունն իր մասնավոր գնահատանքն ու օրհնությունն է ուղղել նաև ԱՄՆ Հայոց Արևմտյան թեմի առաջնորդին և թեմական խորհրդի անդամներին` հովվապետական այցը և ԳՀԽ նիստերը հավուր պատշաճի կազմակերպելու համար` առ Աստված աղոթք հղելով թեմի պայծառության և հավատացյալ ամերիկահայերի կյանքի բարօրության համար: 
Ժողովն ամփոփվել է «Պահպանիչ» աղոթքով։
