Արայիկ Հարությունյանը ՀՀ բանկերի ղեկավարների հետ քննարկել է տնտեսության զարգացման հեռանկարները

 Արցախի Հանրապետության պետական նախարար Արայիկ Հարությունյանը նոյեմբերի 4-ին ընդունել է ՀՀ մի շարք առաջատար բանկերի ղեկավարների՝ ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկի նախագահ Արթուր Ջավադյանի գլխավորությամբ: Հարությունյանը, կարևորելով բանկային համակարգի պատասխանատուների այցն Արցախ,համոզմունք է հայտնել, որ այն կխթանի բանկերի և Արցախի կառավարության միջև համագործակցության զարգացումը:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Արցախի Հանրապետության պետական նախարարի աշխատակազմից, նա նաև ընդգծել է ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկի ակտիվ դերակատարումն Արցախի տնտեսության զարգացման գործում: ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկի նախագահ Արթուր Ջավադյանը, շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ընդունելության համար, մասնավորապես, նշել է.

«Այցի բոլոր մասնակիցները տպավորված են Արցախի գրանցած նվաճումներով, կազմակերպվածությամբ և ներուժով: Վստահեցնում ենք Ձեզ, որ անձամբ ես և իմ գործընկերները պատրաստ ենք հնարավորինս աջակցել Արցախի տնտեսության զարգացմանը»: Պետական նախարարը հակիրճ ներկայացրել է կառավարության վերջին տասը տարիների գործունեության հիմնական արդյունքները և պետական աջակցող քաղաքականության փիլիսոփայությունը:

Անդրադառնալով տնտեսական զարգացմանն ուղղված նախընթաց ծրագրերին և արդյունքներին՝ Հարությունյանը, մասնավորապես, ասել է. «Վերջին 10 տարում Արցախում գրանցվել է տարեկան շուրջ 10 տոկոս ՀՆԱ աճ, ինչը հնարավոր է դարձել բոլոր առաջնահերթ ոլորտներում իրականացված ծրագրերի շնորհիվ: Եթե ուշադրություն դարձնեք ՀՆԱ-ի կառուցվածքի փոփոխության դինամիկային՝ կնկատեք, որ մեզ հաջողվել է զգալիորեն նվազեցնել հանքարդյունաբերության տեսակարար կշիռը և՛ ՀՆԱ-ի, և՛պետական եկամուտների կառուցվածքում: Դա իրագործել ենք մնացած ոլորտներում զարգացման առաջանցիկ տեմպեր ապահովելու միջոցով՝ հենվելով հատկապես էներգետիկայի, գյուղատնտեսության և ծառայությունների բնագավառների վրա»:

Հարությունյանը հատուկ անդրադարձ է կատարել բնակարանաշինության ծրագրերին և պետական աջակցության մեխանիզմներին: Նա կարևորել է բանկային համակարգի մասնակցությունն այդ ոլորտում՝ վստահեցնելով, որ կառավարությունը պատրաստ է հնարավորինս նվազեցնել բնագավառի ռիսկայնությունը՝ հաշվի առնելով բնակարանաշինության ռազմավարական նշանակությունն Արցախի համար: Հանդիպման ընթացքում ներկայացվել են նաև «Գյուղի և գյուղատնտեսության աջակցության հիմնադրամի» և «Արցախի ներդրումային հիմնադրամի» գործունեության հիմնական ուղղությունները, մեխանիզմներն ու արդյունքները:
