Անկախ Հայաստանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Արա բա իմացաք ՄԻՊ (Մենակ Իրա Պաշտպան) Կարեն Անդրեասյանը (ով հայտնի է իր բյուջեի համար կռիվ տվող մարդ) ԱԺ-ին ներկայացրել է իր տարեկան հաշվետվությունը: 
Արա մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը՞՞՞ Զեկույց՞՞՞ Տարեկան՞՞ Հը՞՞՞ Սա նման է նրան, որ ասենք Քիմ Քարդաշյանը ներկայացրել է, թե տարեկան քանի անգամ է տոլմա եփել: 
Կա մարդ ում իրավունքները պաշտպանված են՞՞՞՞ կամ վերոնշյալ անձի փող լափող օֆիսը պաշտպանելա՞՞՞ 
Արյաաա կարողա պաշտպանել դա նշանակումա էն, որ կաստումով ու ծանոթով գործի ընդունված մի անհատ գնում է ամեն հավաքի մեջ տեղը կանգնում, ուդոն հանում ու ասում՝ «Ես ՄԻՊ-ից եմ»: Արյաաա կարողա էտ ՄԻՊ-ՄԻՊ, որ ասում են, խառնել են ՄԱՊ պահածոների գործարանի հետ՞՞՞՞ 
Այ ՄԻՊ ջան, բա իմացար բժիշկը հղի կնոջը ասել էր, որ չայ խմի կլավանաս ու տենց էտ աղջիկը լսեց… բայց հիմա աղջիկը չկա ոչ էլ բալիկը… Բա հետո լսի հլա: Հիմա էլ արդեն մի քանի ամիսա քննություններա գնում ինչ որ ու խեր խաբար չկա: Բա ասում եմ դու ուր ես՞
ՄԻՊ օրական գիտես քաաաաաաաաաաանի՞ հոգու իրավունքա ոտնահարվում: 
ՄԻՊ դու գիտես օրական քանի հոգու հաշվի վրայա ԴԱՀԿ-ը կալանք դնում ու ոտնահարում իրավունքները:
ՄԻՊ դու գիտեիր, որ պեչենի գողացող մարդուն քաշ տալով տարան բաժին՞՞՞՞ 
ՄԻՊ բա իմացար էս վերջերս տատիների թոշակն էին ուշացրել՞՞՞ Ասում եմ բա ուր էիր՞ 
ՄԻՊ բա իմացար էն օրը եկել էին մեր հարևանի տան դիմացը քանդում էին, ասումա սա պետության պետքի հմարա, համ էլ մեկա սա ձերը չի:
ՄԻՊ բա իմացար, մի քանի օրա սաղ բողոքում են, որ քաղաքի աղբահանությունը էնքան վատա աշխատում, ինչքան քո կառույցը: 
ՄԻՊ, այ ՄԻՊ դու գոնե գիտես, որ հիվանդանոցներում հղի կանայք մահանում են՞ Գոնե գիտես, որ չծնված բալիկներ են թաղում՞՞՞ Բացի անիմաստ հայտարարությունից ուրիշ բան արել ես՞՞

Շարունակեեեեեեեեեեմ՞՞՞՞ Աչքս կոխի քո մի արած բան, որ ես ձենս կտրեմ ասեմ՝ էս տղուն բան չասես, բացի նրանից որ բյուջեիդ միլիոներ ավելացնելու համար կռիվ ես տվել էլի բան արել ես՞՞՞ 
Ասա մի բան արաաա, խի ես ինձ կատաղացնում, դե խոսաաաաաաաաա, խնդրում եմ բան ասա, ՖԲ-ում պայքարող տղերքը չլինեն, դու գիտես ինչ քաոս կլիներ, դու գիտես քանի անգամ են ՖԲ-ում սաղղղ իրար գլխի հավաքվել ու մարդու իրավունքներ պաշտպանել, ու դրա համար փող ստացել ես դու ու քո անպիտան թիմը արաաաաա: Ներվերս էլի կերաաք դու ինչ ՄԻՊ- դու մաքսիմում ֆոտոսինթես արաաաաաաաա, զզվցրիք թողիք արա սաղդ լեփում եք, հետո բերում եք ասում եք մենք լեփել ենք էս էլ աչյոտը: Սաաաաաղ պիտի փակվի արա սաաաղ:

ՄիՊ չի է ՀՏՊ-ա (Հայտարարություն տարածող պաշտոնյա): Արա չեք ամաչում, հլա մի հատ էլ հելել եք աչյոտ եք տալիս ու գոհ եք ձեր աշխատանքից՞՞՞՞՞ 
Ես պաշտոնապես հայտարարում եմ՝ ՀՀ ՄԻՊ-ի ֆունկցիան, ինչպես շատ պետական հիմնարկների ֆունկցիա հանդիսանում է հարկերի շնորհիվ ստեղծած պետական բյուջեն լափել ու մի բան քերել տուն տանել:
