Past.am-ը տեղեկացնում է.Վարչապետ Կարապետյանն այսօր հանդես եկավ բավականին ընդարձակ մամուլի ասուլիսով: Վաղուց վարչապետը լրագրողների հետ երկարատև շփում չէր ունեցել, ինչն արտահայտեց կարոտի մասին իր հավաստիացմամբ: Դատելով հարցերի քանակից, ներկայացված մեդիաների բազմազանությունից, վարչապետի հանդեպ հետաքրքրությունն իրոք մեծ էր, ու եթե չլիներ մեկական հարց տալու պայմանը, ասուլիսը անհամեմատ ավելի երկար կտևեր:
Կարևոր է ֆիքսել մի բան, որ լրագրողների համար վարչապետի հետ հարց ու պատասխանն արդեն դարձել է սովորական երևույթ, այնքան սովորական, որ դրանց բացակայության դեպքում լրագրողական հանրությունը սկսում է անհանգստանալ: Անշուշտ, լրագրողների մեծ մասի հարցերը մակերեսային են, ենթադրում են ոչ խորքային պատասխաններ, իսկ վարչապետի պատասխանները այն պատասխանները չեն, որ լրագրողները կցանկանային լսել:
Բայց էականն այստեղ այն է, որ վարչապետը չի խուսափում հարցերից, նույնիսկ իր տանը, կեցության վայրին վերաբերող հարցերից: Միանշանակ է, որ շատ հարցերի վարչապետը չի պատասխանում բավարար չափով, շատ հարցերի պատասխաններ էլ լղոզում է, բայց չի խուսափում, անցանկալի հարցերն էլ ծածկում է ժպիտով:
Կարապետյանի այս մոտեցումը Սարգսյանի հետ շահերի բախման մրցավազքում նրան տալիս է առավելություն:Առավելություն այն առումով, որ Սարգսյանը խուսափում է լրագրողների հետ հանդիպումներից, իսկ հանդիպելուց էլ հավաքում է այնպիսի կազմ, որ անցանկալի հարցերը հնարավորինս բացառվեն: Առաջին դեմքի հանրային հաշվետվողականության բացակայությունն էական վակուում է ստեղծում, որն էլ փորձում է լրացնել Կարապետյանը: Առայժմ ներիշխանական պայքարում այդ բացությունը նրա հիմնական հաղթաթղթերից մեկն է:
