Վարչապետը վստահ է՝ հաջորդ տարի շինարարության ոլորտում աճ է արձանագրվելու

ՀՀ կառավարության ղեկավարը վստահ է, որ 2018-ին շինարարության ծավալների աճ է արձանագրվելու, իսկ առաջիկա տարիներին այդ ոլորտում ամենացածր ցուցանիշը լինելու է 2016 կամ 2017 թվականինը։ «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ Կարեն Կարապետյանն այս մասին խոսեց լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը՝ արձագանքելով դիտարկմանը, որ գնալով շինարարության ծավալներն անկում են ապրում։
«Շինարարության մեջ 2017-ի սեպտեմբերին 2016-ի սեպտեմբերի նկատմամբ ունենք 3,3 տոկոս աճ։ Ճիշտն ասած՝ կանխատեսում ենք, որ այս տարվա ավարտին կունենանք նույն ցուցանիշները, ինչ 2016-ին, գուցե ավելին։ Բայց 2018-ին միանշանակ աճ ենք ունենալու։ Ազդակները, որ ստանում ենք՝ սպառման ու պահանջարկի աճը, նաև շինարարական թույլտվությունների տրամադրման վիճակագրական տվյալները, մեր կապիտալ ծախսերը, շինարարության մեջ կատարվելիք ներդրումները, մեզ հուշում են, որ 2018-ին կունենանք 2017-ի նկատմամբ աճ»,-ասաց Կարեն Կարապետյանը։
Նա անդրադարձավ նաև գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտին (2017 թվականի ինն ամիսներին գյուղատնտեսության համախառն արտադրանքի ծավալը կազմել է 90.1 տոկոս)՝ նշելով, որ 2018-ին կանխատեսել են 4 տոկոս աճ։ «Եթե բնակլիմայական արտառոց վիճակներ չլինեն, ես համարյա վստահ եմ, որ մեր գյուղատնտեսության աճը կլինի 4 տոկոսից ավելի»,-հավելեց գործադիրի ղեկավարը։
Կարեն Կարապետյանը հայտնեց, որ թե գյուղատնտեսության, թե շինարարության ոլորտներում, որտեղ ստվերը շատ է, թվային տվյալների հավաստման հետադարձ ինդիկատորների կարիք կա։
