Շատ ուրախ եմ, որ գտնվում եմ Արցախի Հանրապետությունում և հնարավորություն ունեմ անձամբ ծանոթանալու այստեղ ապրող մարդկանց և նրանց խնդիրներին: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին «Արցախպրես»-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում ասել է Գերմանիայի Բադեն-Վյուրթեմբերգ երկրամասի պատգամավոր, «Այլընտրանք Գերմանիայի համար» կուսակցության խորհրդարանական խմբակցության անդամ Լարս Պատրիկ Բերգն, ով նախօրեին Ստեփանակերտ է ժամանել Գերմանիայում Արցախի Հանրապետության մշտական ներկայացուցիչ  Հարություն Գրիգորյանի ուղեկցությամբ:

«Երկօրյա այցի ընթացքում կարևոր հանդիպումներ եմ ունեցել ինչպես քաղաքական իշխանության, այնպես էլ հասարակության ներկայացուցիչների հետ: Շատ հետաքրքիր ու օգտակար տեղեկատվություն եմ հավաքել: Կարծում եմ՝ Արցախի հետ համագործակցությունը ոչ միայն անհրաժեշտ է, այլև չպետք է սահմանափակվի տարբեր քաղաքական գործիչների միայն մասնավոր այցերով: Այդ մասին ես անպայման կբարձրաձայնեմ  իմ գործընկերների հետ հանդիպումներում»,- ասել է գերմանացի խորհրդարանականը և հավելել, որ այցի ընթացքում համոզվել է, որ Արցախի մասին շատ քիչ և թյուր տեղեկություն կա Գերմանիայում:

Լարս Պատրիկ Բերգի խոսքով՝ երկօրյա այցի ընթացքում ինքը տեսել է զարգացող, խաղաղ, անվտանգ երկիր, որը, սակայն, հակամարտություն ունի Ադրբեջանի հետ: «Երբ ցանկանում էի Արցախ այցելել, Գերմիանիայում իմ մտերիմները խորհուրդ էին տալիս հրաժարվել այդ գաղափարից: Նրանք պնդում էին, որ իմ անվտանգությունը երաշխավորված չէ, և տարատեսակ մտահոգություններ էին հայտնում: Բայց ես տեսա բոլորովին այլ իրականություն և համոզվեցի, որ գտնվում եմ շատ անվտանգ մի երկրում, որտեղ մարդիկ փողոցներում հանգիստ զբոսնում են, և սահմանը, որտեղ գտնվում են հակամարտության հետ կապված վտանգները, շատ հեռու է խաղաղ բնակավայրերից: Արցախը հրաշագեղ բնություն ունի, որտեղ շատ բարեհամբույր մարդիկ են ապրում և ես նորից կվերադառնամ արդեն ընտանիքիս հետ միասին»,- նշել է Գերմանիայի Բադեն-Վյուրթեմբերգ երկրամասի պատգամավորը:
