Ամեն ինչ անելու ենք, լավ է լինելու. վարչապետը Գյումրու և Վանաձորի ներդրումային ծրագրերի մասին

 ՀՀ կառավարությունը լինելու է հետևողական  և շարունակելու է ներդրումային ծրագրերը Գյումրիում։ Նոյեմբերի 2-ին հրավիրված մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ գյումրեցի լրագրողին խոստացավ ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը։ «Այո, շարունակական են լինելու մեր ծրագրերը, շաբաթ օրը հանդիպում ենք Կումայրի ֆոնդով։ Իրականում  մեծ ներուժ ունեցող քաղաք է Գյումրին ու չափազանց հետաքրքիր, շատ յուրահատուկ ճարտարապետություն ունի։ Ամեն ինչ անելու ենք, տեսնելու եք, լավ է լինելու»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ վստահեցրեց վարչապետը։

Գործադիրի ղեկավարը նույն կարծիքին է նաև Վանաձորի մասին։ Նրա խոսքով՝ շատ անելիքներ ունեն հանրապետության երրորդ քաղաքում։ «Հրավիրել ենք իտալացի մասնագետների։ Վերջերս արդյունաբերական ու գյուղատնտեսական մեծ ներդրումային ծրագիր ենք սկսել՝ 100 միլիոն դոլարանոց»,-ասաց վարչապետը։ Նա նշեց՝ ներկայում քննարկում են, թե համայնքը ինչպիսի գործառույթներ, ենթակառուցվածքային լուծումներ պետք է իրականացնի, որպեսզի գրավիչ միջավայր ստեղծի բիզնեսի համար։ «Այսօր մենք վարձել ենք 4 լավագույն խորհրդատուներին, որպեսզի իրականացնենք Վանաձորի քաղաքաշինական գոտիավորումը»,-ասաց Կարեն Կարապետյանը։ Նրա խոսքով՝ նպատակ ունեն շատ արագ գործը գլուխ բերել, բայց մասնագետները պատշաճ աշխատանքի համար ժամանակի կարիք ունեն։ «Նրանք կոնցեպցիայի համար ուզում են երեք ամիս, հետո ևս երեք ամիս՝ նախագծի համար։ Պարզ է՝ մենք բոլորս ուզում ենք շուտ անել, բայց որ հեռանկարային ու լուրջ լինի, ժամանակ է պետք»,-հավելեց վարչապետ Կարապետյանը։

Հոկտեմբերի 18-ին Գյումրիում բացվել է Կումայրի պատմական կենտրոնի զարգացման ծրագրի շրջանակում հիմնանորոգված Ռուսթավելի փողոցը, որտեղ կատարվել է  մոտ 9000 քմ մակերեսի հիմնանորոգման աշխատանքներ։

Հայաստանի զբոսաշրջային քաղաքականության օրակարգում է Վանաձորի` արդյունաբերական զբոսաշրջության կենտրոն դարձնելու ծրագիրը։ Ակնկալվում է վերափոխել քաղաքի արդյունաբերական կառույցները համերգային դահլիճների, հյուրանոցային և հանգստի գոտիների։
