Սերժ Սարգսյան. «ՌԴ–ն Հայաստան կմատակարարի զինտեխնիկայի նոր խմբաքանակ»

Ռուսաստանն օրերս Հայաստան կմատակարարի զենքի խմբաքանակ՝ գործող պայմանագրի շրջանակում: Իսկ 100 միլիոն դոլարի նոր, արդեն ստորագրված վարկային համաձայնագրի իրականացումը կսկսվի բոլոր միջպետական մակարդակներում հաստատվելուց հետո: Այդ մասին «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի»-ին տված հարցազրույցում ասել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը:
«Մինչև այս տարվա վերջ մենք կիրականացնենք դեռ նախորդ պայմանագիրը: Օրերս մենք սպասում ենք նոր մատակարարումներ, և մինչև տարվա վերջ մենք կփակենք նախորդ պայմանագրի հետ կապված բոլոր հարցերը»,- ասել է Սերժ Սարգսյանը:
«Մենք արդեն Երևանում ստորագրել ենք նոր պայմանագիր, այն պետք է անցնի բոլոր ռուսական և հայկական ատյանները, այնուհետև՝ վավերացման ընթացակարգը, իսկ արդեն դրանից հետո մենք կսկսենք աշխատանքը ռուսական կողմից համապատասխան արտադրողների հետ այդ ծրագրի իրականացման համար: Դա, ցավոք, այդքան արագ չի ստացվի»,- հավելել է Հայաստանի նախագահը:
2015 թվականի հունիսին ստորագրվել է Ռուսաստանի կողմից Հայաստանին 200 միլիոն դոլարի պետական վարկ տրամադրելու մասին համաձայնագիր՝ ռուսական արտադրության ռազմական արտադրանք ձեռք բերելու համար:
Համաձայն նոր համաձայնագրի նախագծի, որը Հայաստանի կառավարությունը հավանության է արժանացրել 2017թ. հոկտեմբերի 12-ին, ՌԴ-ն հայկական կողմին կտրամադրի 100 միլիոն դոլարի պետական արտահանման վարկ՝ ռուսական արտադրության ռազմական նշանակության արտադրանքների մատակարարումները ֆինանսավորելու համար: Համաձայնագրի նախագծում նշվում է, որ վարկը տրամադրվում է 15 տարի մարման ժամկետով, տարեկան 3 տոկոս տոկոսադրույքով: Հայաստանը պետք է օգտվի վարկային միջոցներից 2018-2022 թվականներին:
