Դիլիջանի բնակիչը ձերբակալվել է ապօրինի ծառահատումներ իրականացնելու համար հանցավոր խումբ ստեղծելու կասկածանքով

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի հատկապես կարևոր գործերի քննության գլխավոր վարչությունում քննվող քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված մեծածավալ քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է «Դիլիջան ազգային պարկ» պետական ոչ առևտրային կազմակերպության տարբեր պահաբաժիններում իրականացրած ապօրինի ծառահատումների կազմակերպմանն անմիջական մասնակցություն ունեցած անձի ինքնությունը։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել ենք, որ մի խումբ անձինք տևական ժամանակ՝ 2014-2017թթ., «Դիլիջան ազգային պարկ» պետական ոչ առևտրային կազմակերպության պահաբաժիններում իրականացրել են ապօրինի ծառահատումներ՝ հատելով ավելի քան 6000 ծառ։
Քննությամբ փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ փայտանյութ իրացնելու նպատակով ծառահատումներ իրականացնելու համար 2014թ. կայուն հանցավոր խումբ է ստեղծել և ղեկավարել Դիլիջանի 33-ամյա բնակիչը, ով խմբում ընդգրկված անձանց հետ միասին, ըստ ստանձնած դերակատարման, տևական ժամանակ` մինչև 2017թ.-ի հոկտեմբեր ամիսը, բնության հատուկ պահպանվող տարածք հանդիսացող «Դիլիջան ազգային պարկ» ՊՈԱԿ-ի «Հաղարծին տեղամաս» մասնաճյուղի մի շարք պահաբաժիններում իրականացրել է ծառահատումներ։
33-ամյա տղամարդը ձերբակալվել է։
Քրեական գործով ավելի վաղ պարզվել էր նաև ծառահատումներին անմիջական մասնակցություն ունեցած անձանցից մեկի ինքնությունը, ում մեղադրանք էր առաջադրվել և կալանավորվել։
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները, ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձանց շրջանակը պարզելու և նրանց գործողություններին համարժեք քրեաիրավական գնահատական տալու ուղղությամբ:
