Շարմազանովը ներկայացրեց ընտանեկան բռնությունների կանխարգելման օրինագծի ՀՀԿ-ի տեսանկյունից խնդրահարույց դրույթները

Ազգային ժողովի փոխնախագահ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը շարունակում է մնալ այն կարծիքին, որ «Ընտանեկան բռնության կանխարգելման և դրա դեմ պայքարի մասին» օրենքի նախագծի մասին օրենքում կան խնդրահարույց կետեր: Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ՀՀ ԱԺ փոխնախագահը նշեց, որ քննարկումները շարունակվում են, որպեսզի օրենքի նախագիծը ցանկալի տեսքի բերվի: «Այնպես չէ, որ միայն Հանրապետականն է մտահոգություն հայտնել: Խորհրդարանում օրենքի նախագծի լսումների ժամանակ առնվազն 2 այլ խմբակցություններից եղել են պատգամավորներ, որոնք իրենց մտահոգությունն են հայտնել: Ես զարմանում եմ, որ դուք զարմանում եք, որ մեզ մոտ կա մտահոգություն»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ընդգծեց Շարմազանովը:

Շարմազանովը նկատեց, որ օրենքում հստակություն չկա, թե ինչ է նշանակում տնտեսական, հոգեբանական բռնություն, որոշակիություն չկա նաև ապաստարանների մասով: «Կան ծնողի հեղինակության հետ կապված խնդիրներ, հազար ու մի պրոբլեմ կա: Այնպես չէ, որ իմ ասածը վերջին ճշմարտությունն է, պարզապես մենք ազգային պահպանողական կուսակցություն ենք ու մեկ անգամ չէ, որ ասել ենք, որ պետության հիմնասյունն ավանդական ընտանիքն է: Եթե մարդիկ մոռացել են, ապա հիշեցնեմ, որ 2016 թվականին նոյեմբերի 26-ի Հանրապետական կուսակցության  համագումարում ՀՀ նախագահ, ՀՀԿ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը նշեց, որ մեր պետության հիմքն ավանդական հայկական ընտանիքն է: Բոլոր այն կետերը, որոնք խնդրահարույց են հայկական ավանդական ընտանիքի համար, մենք պետք է առաջարկենք վերանայել»,- նշեց Շարմազանովը: 

ԱԺ փոխնախագահը շեշտեց, որ հայկական ավանդական ընտանիքն իրականում հեռու է «ծեծ ու ջարդից»: Նրա գնահատմամբ՝ որևէ նորմալ մարդ բռնությանը կողմնակից չէ, ավելին՝ ՀՀԿ-ն դեմ է բռնությանը: 

Հարցին՝  այս տեսքով դե՞մ կքվեարկի օրենքին, Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը պատասխանեց, թե ինքը խնդրահարույց դրույթներ է տեսնում, իսկ մնացածը կորոշվի քննարկումների ժամանակ:
