Գագիկ Մխիթարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է . 

Երեկ «Առինջ մոլի» առևտրականները հավաքվել էին Ազգային Ժողովի դիմաց և պահանջում էին, որպեսզի ՊԵԿ-ը հրաժարվի իր նոր հարկային պայմաններից, որոնք ներկայացվել են առևտրականներին։ Ըստ այդ նոր պայմանների՝ առևտրակաները պետք է իրականացնեն իրենց ապրանքների լիարժեք փաստաղթղթավորում, ինչը նրանց համար ստեղծում է լրացուցիչ դժվարություններ։ Առևտրականները նշում են, որ իրենք ոչ մի կերպ չեն խուսափում հարկերից և պատրաստ են այդ ավելացված գումարը ևս վճարեն, բայց մեկ պատուհանի սկզբունքով, զերծ մնալով հավելյալ քաշքշուկից: Բայց, ինչպես արդեն երեկ պարզ դարձավ, օրեր շարունակ ՊԵԿ-ի աշխատակիցները գտնվում են «Առինջ մոլում» և բոլոր առևտրականներին սպառնում են տուգանել 240 հազար դրամով, եթե նրանք չաշխատեն նոր պահանջներով, ինչն էլ, բնականաբար, խաթարում է մոլի աշխատանքային մթնոլորտը։
Միևնույն ժամանակ Ազգային Ժողովում լրագրողներին հարցազրույց էր տալիս ՊԵԿ նախագահ Վարդան Հարությունյանը, ով անդրադարձավ նաև վերջերս մեծ աղմուկ հանած՝ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանին պատկանող ընկերություններում իրականացվող ստուգումներին։ Վարդան Հարությունյանը նախ նշեց, որ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը փորձել է, օգտագործելով իր հեղինակությունը, միջամտել «Առինջ մոլի» առևտրականների հետ ծագած խնդիրներին, անգամ տարածք է տրամադրել մոլի տարածքում, որտեղ այժմ աշխատում են ՊԵԿ-ի աշխատակիցները, որպեսզի հարցերը տեղում կարգավորվեն։ ։ Ապա, անդրադառնալով վերոնշյալ ստուգումներին, նշեց, որ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը իր մոտ ընկերն է ու բարեկամը, սակայն ինքը առաջնային հենց իր ընկերների մոտ է ստուգումներ իրականացնում։ 
Վարդան Հարությունյանի այս «անկեղծ խոստովանությունը», սակայն, մի շարք հարցեր է առաջացնում։ Հայտնի է, որ Վարդան Հարությունյանը շատ մոտ, նույնիսկ ընկերական հարաբերությունների մեջ է ոչ միայն Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի հետ, ինչպես ինքն է խոստովանել, այլ նաև Սամվել Ալեքսանյանի, Սամվել Կարապետյանի և ուրիշների հետ։ Սակայն մամուլը, որը վերջին ժամանակներս անընդմեջ գրում է Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի ընկերություններում իրականացվող ստուգումների մասին, ոչ մի կերպ չի գրել Կարեն Կարապետյանին, Սամվել Ալեքսանյանին կամ Սամվել Կարապետյանին պատկանող ընկերություններում իրականացվող ՊԵԿ ստուգումների մասին։ Եվ չի գրել ոչ թե այն պատճառով, որ դրանք հետաքրքրություն չեն ներկայացնում (բոլորը գիտեն, որ ՊԵԿ-ի ստուգումները մշտապես լինում են լրատվականների առաջին էջերում), այլ չի գրվել այն պատճառով, որ վերոնշյալ գործարարներին պատկանող ընկերություններում ստուգումներ ուղղակի չեն իրականացվում։ 
Ստացվում է, որ Վարդան Հարությունյանը, որքան էլ հակառակը պնդի, բավական ընտրողաբար է մոտենում իր ընկերներին, և նրանցից Գագիկ Ծառուկյանին պատկանող ընկերություններում հետևողականորեն և արդեն տևական ժամանակ ստուգումներ է իրականացնում, իսկ մյուսների ընկերություններում՝ ոչ։ 
Թե ինչով դա կարելի է բացատրել, թերևս լավագույնս կիմանա հենց ինքը՝ Վարդան Հարությունյանը։ Սակայն պետք է նշել, որ պետական պաշտոնյան պետք է լինի անկողմնակալ բոլոր պարագաներում, իսկ Հայաստանի նման փոքր երկրում պաշտոնյայի կողմնապահությունը, հատկապես երբ խոսքը վերաբերում է ՊԵԿ ստուգումներին, անմիջապես աչքի է զարնում։
