Երևանի ավագանին hաստատել է Երևանի զարգացման 2018-2022 թվականների հնգամյա ծրագիրը

Հոկտեմբերի 31-ին գումարված Երևանի ավագանու հերթական նիստում, որը վարել է Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը, ավագանու քննարկմանն է ներկայացվել Երևանի զարգացման 2018-2022 թվականների հնգամյա ծրագիրը հաստատելու մասին որոշման նախագիծը:
 
 
Նախագիծը ներկայացնելով՝ Երևանի քաղաքապետի տեղակալ Վահե Նիկոյանը նշել է, որ ծրագրի հիմնական նպատակն է նախանշել քաղաքային տնտեսության զարգացման ուղղությունները՝ հիմք ընդունելով մայրաքաղաքի զարգացման գերակայությունները, առկա հիմնախնդիրները և ֆինանսավորման հնարավորությունները։
 
Փոխքաղաքապետի հավաստմամբ՝ ծրագիրը միտված է քաղաքային տնտեսության բոլոր ոլորտների՝ ժամանակի պահանջներին համահունչ զարգացմանը, ինչի շնորհիվ ակնկալվում է ապահովել քաղաքի համաչափ և կայուն զարգացումը։
 
Ըստ այդմ, ծրագրում կարևորվել է բարեկարգ և հարմարավետ միջավայրի ապահովումն ինչպես Երևանի բնակիչների, այնպես էլ մայրաքաղաքի հյուրերի համար, մասնավորապես հանգստի գոտիների ստեղծումը, կանաչ տարածքների պահպանումն ու ավելացումը, շենքերի և բակային տարածքների բարեկարգումը, ժամանակակից չափանիշներին համապատասխան արտաքին ձևավորումը, հարմարավետ և անվտանգ տեղաշարժի ապահովումը, համայնք-մասնավոր հատված համագործակցության խրախուսումը և համատեղ իրագործվող ծրագրերի շրջանակի ընդլայնումը:
 
Վահե Նիկոյանը նաև տեղեկացրել է, որ մինչ ավագանու քննարկմանը ներկայացնելը Երևանի զարգացման 2018-2022 թվականների հնգամյա ծրագիրն անցել է հանրային քննարկման փուլ, որից հետո դրական եզրակացության արժանացել Երևանի քաղաքային համայնքի զարգացման քառամյա ծրագրի և տարեկան բյուջեի կառավարման խորհրդի կողմից:
 
Այնուհետև Վահե Նիկոյանը պատասխանել է ծրագրի հետ կապված ավագանու անդամների հարցերին, որոնց հաջորդած ելույթներից հետո Երևանի ավագանին քվեարկությամբ հաստատել է Երևանի զարգացման 2018-2022 թվականների հնգամյա ծրագիրը:
 
Երևանի ավագանու նիստի օրակարգում ընդգրկված մյուս հարցերը ևս արժանացել են Երևանի ավագանու հավանությանը:
 
 
Ավագանու հերթական նիստին հաջորդել է հարց ու պատասխանը, որի ընթացքում Երևանի քաղաքապետը, վարչական շրջանների ղեկավարներն ու աշխատակազմի ստորաբաժանումների ղեկավարները պատասխանել են ավագանու անդամների հարցերին:
 
Երևանի ավագանու հերթական՝ հաջորդ նիստը կգումարվի ս.թ. նոյեմբերի 29-ին:
