Հոկտեմբերի 31–ին տեղի կունենա Երևանի ավագանու հերթական նիստը, որի օրակարգում ներառված է Երևանի զարգացման 2018–2022 թթ. հնգամյա ծրագիրը: Այն իր մեջ ներառում է բազմաթիվ փոփոխություններ թե՛ քաղաքային ճանապարհաշինության, թե՛ այգիների ու պուրակների կահավորման ու բարեկարգման և թե՛ արտաքին գովազդի տեղադրման հետ կապված հարցեր:
Ծրագրով նախատեսվում է Երևանում կառուցել միջազգային չափանիշներին համապատասխանող ճանապարհներ, ինչը պիտի որ բեռնաթափի մայրաքաղաքի կենտրոնը տրանսպորտային հոսքերից: Նախատեսվում է տրանսպորտային նոր ցանցի ներդնում, որը կապահովի անվտանգ և արդյունավետ երթևեկություն մայրաքաղաքում: Մասնավորապես նախատեսվում է նոր կառուցված ճանապարհների երկայնքով ստեղծել արդիականացված ստորգետնյա ենթակառուցվածքներ և ժամանակակից էներգախնայող լուսավորության համակարգ: Այս ծրագրում ընդգրկված են Արգավանդ–Շիրակ, Դավթաշեն–Աշտարակ, Բաբաջանյան–Աշտարակ ճանապարհահատվածները, Ծովակալ Իսակովի պողոտայից մինչև Արշակունյաց պողոտա՝ Կենտրոնը շրջանցող ճանապարհը, որը հանդիսանում է կառուցված՝ Իսակովի պողոտան Լենինգրադյան փողոցին կապող մայրուղու անմիջական շարունակությունը: Սա իր մեջ ներառելու է Արշակունյաց պողոտայի վրա նախատեսված հանգույցի և Հրազդան գետի վրայով անցնող նոր կամրջի կառուցում:
Շուտով Երևանում քաղաքի արտաքին տեսքի բարելավման շրջանակներում դիտահորերի դեկորատիվ թուջե կափարիչներ կպատրաստվեն ու կտեղադրվեն: Մայրաքաղաքի կենտրոնական, առավել երևացող հատվածներում տեղակայված դիտահորերի կափարիչները կփոխվեն նոր, մայրաքաղաքի կոլորիտին համահունչ պատկերներով՝ նուռ, խաղող, կենաց ծառ, ծիրան և այլն: Համայնք–մասնավոր համագործակցության շրջանակում Ա. Սպենդիարյանի անվան օպերայի և բալետի ազգային ակադեմիական թատրոնի տարածքում արդեն իսկ կատարվել է առաջին փորձը:
Հնգամյա ծրագրով նաև նախատեսվում է մետաղյա հենասյուների վերանորոգում և հատուկ պաշտպանիչ նյութով երեսպատում, ինչը թույլ կտա մայրաքաղաքի մետաղյա հենասյուները զերծ պահել հայտարարություններից ու գրաֆիտից: Այսպես, մետաղյա հենասյուների վրա այլևս հնարավոր չի լինի փակցնել տարաբնույթ թղթե աֆիշներ ու հայտարարություններ, այն զերծ կմնա տարատեսակ ներկերից ու սոսինձներից, նաև կպահպանվի սյան արտաքին մակերեսը կոռոզիայից, խոնավության, ագրեսիվ նյութերի և յուղերի ներթափանցումից:
