Ընտանեկան բռնությունն ու ՀՀԿ-ի ավանդապաշտությունը

Հրապարակ թերթը գրում է, որ ընտանեկան բռնության օրենքի ընդունումը դառնություն է առաջացրել ՀՀԿ ներսում: Չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ Սերժ Սարգսյանի ՝ ԵՄ հետ ունեցած ջերմ հարաբերությունների հիմքով այդ օրինագիծը պիտի ընդունվի՝ Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանի ու Դավիթ Հարությունյանի մատուցմամբ, ամեն դեպքում, ըստ թերթի, կան հանրապետականներ, որոնց մեջ խոսել է ավանդապաշտությունը և նրանք որոշել են չքվեարկել:
Դժվար է ասել, թե որտեղից թերթին նման տեղեկություններ: Դա այդքան էլ կարևոր չէ: Կարևոր է այն, որ հրապարակման բովանդակությունը չի համապատասխանում ՀՀԿ էությանը: ՀՀԿ-ն գաղափարական կուսակցություն չէ, որ ինչ-որ մեկը որոշի որ այս կամ այն օրենքին չի քվեարկում գաղափարական նկրտումներից: Ավելին՝ ՀՀԿ-ն պարզապես Սերժ Սարգսյանի քաղաքական շահը սպասարկող կոճակ սեղմողների էլիտար ակումբ է: Հետևաբար, եթե Սարգսյանը որոշի, որ օրենքը պիտի ստորագրվի, ապա այն կստորագրվի:
ՀՀԿ-ում Սարգսյանին մրցակից որևէ ուժային սուբյեկտ չկա: Այլևս այնտեղ մենիշխանություն է, որը հաստատվեց նաև այս տարվա ազգային ժողովի ընտրություններով: Իսկ ՀՀԿ-ի այսպես ասած ավանդական թևը, որոնք հիմնականում բիզնեսմեններ են, բացառապես իրենց բիզնեսի խնդրով են մտահոգ: Իսկ այդ հարցում նրանց միակ երաշխիքը Սարգսյանի հետ լոյալ հարաբերություններն են:
