Հայաստանում ընթացիկ տարվա 9 ամիսների կտրվածքով հարկային եկամուտների զգալի աճ է արձանագրվել

Ընթացիկ տարվա առաջին 9 ամիսների կտրվածքով Հայաստանում հարկային եկամուտների աճը կազմել է 49.1 միլիարդ դրամ: Ազգային ժողովում ՀՀ 2018թ. պետական բյուջեի նախագծի քննարկմանն այս մասին ասաց պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի նախագահի առաջին տեղակալ Վախթանգ Միրումյանը:
«Այդ աճը կազմում է 6.3 տոկոս: Սակայն կարևոր եմ համարում նշել, որ այս աճը չի ներառում ավելացված արժեքի հարկի գումարների վերադարձը: 2017թ. սկսած՝ մենք արդեն այլ կերպ ենք հաշվարկում ավելացված արժեքի հարկի գերավճարների գումարների վերադարձը: Հիմա մենք այդ գերավճարների վերադարձը եկամուտներից հանում ենք և նախկինի նման չենք արտացոլում համապատասխան ծախսային հոդվածներով: Այս պարագայում, եթե մենք ցանկանում ենք ստանալ համադրելի պատկեր, ապա պետք ասեմ, որ համադրելի պատկերի առումով իրավիճակը հետևյալն է: Առաջին 9 ամիսների կտրվածքով ունենք հարկային եկամուտների 74.5 միլիարդ աճ և այս դեպքում նախորդ տարվա համեմատ աճը կազմում է 9.5 տոկոս»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ընդգծեց ՊԵԿ փոխնախագահը:
Նա հավելեց, որ տարվա ընթացքում հարկային եկամուտների աճն ուղեկցվել է գործնականում ոչ պակաս կարևորություն ունեցող քայլերի զուգորդմամբ: Մասնավորապես կարևոր նշանակություն ունեն վարչարարության այն գործիքները, որոնք բերում են գերավճարների. ինչպես նաև հարկային ստուգումների քանակի նվազմանը: Մենք ունենք գերավճարների նվազում շուրջ 22 միլիարդ դրամի չափով, որը կազմում է 7.8 տոկոս: Հարկային ստուգումների մասով մենք ունենք 48 տոկոս նվազում»,- ասաց Միրումյանը:
