Դավիթ Տոնոյանը մասնակցել է Արցախի ԱԻՊԾ համակարգի աշխատակցի օրվա միջոցառումներին

Հոկտեմբերի 30-ը Արցախի Հանրապետության Արտակարգ իրավիճակների պետական ծառայության համակարգի աշխատակցի օրն է: Տոնական միջոցառումներին մասնակցել են ԱՀ նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանը և ՀՀ ԱԻ նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունից:
Ներկայիս համակարգի հիմքը դրվել է դեռևս 1990թ. մայիսին` «Արցախ» փրկարարական ջոկատի ստեղծմամբ: 1992թ. հոկտեմբերի 30-ին ԼՂՀ պաշտպանության պետական կոմիտեի որոշմամբ՝ «Արցախ» մարզային փրկարարական ծառայությունը վերակազմավորվել է «Արցախ» հանրապետական փրկարարական ծառայության:
Նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանը, շնորհավորելով ԱԻՊԾ աշխատակիցներին մասնագիտական տոնի առթիվ, մասնավորապես ասաց. «Արտակարգ իրավիճակներում բնակչության պաշտպանության քաղաքականությունը նպատակաուղղված է լինելու բնական և մարդածին աղետների ռիսկի նվազեցմանը, հնարավոր հետևանքների կանխարգելմանը` հանդիսանալով պետության անվտանգության ապահովման բաղկացուցիչ տարր և նպաստելով երկրի կայուն զարգացմանը: Անհրաժեշտ է լինելու խորացնել և ընդլայնել կապերը ՀՀ ԱԻ նախարարության և այլ կառույցների հետ: Ծառայությունն ունի անհրաժեշտ ներուժ, պատրաստված ու արհեստավարժ, գործին նվիրված աշխատակիցներ, ովքեր ի վիճակի են պատշաճ մակարդակով իրականացնել իրենց գործառույթները»:
ՀՀ ԱԻ նախարար Դ. Տոնոյանն իր խոսքում շեշտեց, որ ամբողջ քաղաքացիական ենթակառուցվածքը պետք է պատրաստ լինի աջակցելու զինված ուժերին՝ ռազմական գործողությունները բարձր մակարդակով վարելու համար. «Դրա համար մեր նպատակներն ու խնդիրներն են` աղետների գիտակցումը, աղետների ռիսկերի պետական կառավարման ուժեղացումը ռիսկի հաղթահարման համար, ներդրումները՝ ռիսկի նվազեցման, դիմակայունության, հզորացման նպատակով, աղետների պատրաստվածության ամրապնդումն արդյունավետ արձագանքման համար: Բոլորիս կոչ եմ անում հետևել այն սկզբունքին, որով որ մենք պետք է շարժվենք միասին: Դա է՝ անել ավելին, քան արված է»:
Հանդիսավոր արարողության ընթացքում ԱԻՊԾ մի շարք աշխատակիցներ ԱՀ նախագահի, ոստիկանապետի, ԱԱԾ տնօրենի, ՀՀ ԱԻ նախարարի և ԱԻՊԾ տնօրենի կողմից պարգևատրվել են շքանշաններով, պատվոգրերով և այլ պարգևներով:
