Հարս ու սկեսուրի մահվան ելքով վթարի գործ. ամբաստանյալն ունի լուրջ առողջական խնդիրներ

Վայք-Եղեգնաձոր ավտոճանապարհին հուլիսի 1-ին 2 մարդու կյանք խլած ողբերգական վթարի գործով դատաքննությունն ամենայն հավանականությամբ կանցկացվի արագացված կարգով:
NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում գործով ամբաստանվող վարորդի պաշտպան Կարեն Քալանթարյանը հայտնեց, որ առաջին դատական նիստը հետաձգվել է, քանի որ տուժողները չէին ներկայացել:
«Իմ պաշտպանյալը միջնորդելու է, որ դատաքննությունն անցկացվի արագացված կարգով, քանի որ ընդունում է իրեն առաջադրված մեղադրանքը: Բացի դրանից, լուրջ առողջական խնդիրներ ունի եւ նախորդ նիստին քայլակով էր եկել դատարան»,- ասաց պաշտպանը:
Նշենք, որ նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է, որ «Nissan» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի վարորդ Վիգեն Սեխլեյանը սթափ վիճակում, մոտ 70-80 կմ/ժ արագությամբ Երեւան-Մեղրի միջպետական ավտոճանապարհին, առանց նախապես համոզվելու վազանցի կատարման անվտանգության մեջ, դուրս է եկել վազանցի ու ավտոմեքենան դուրս է բերել հանդիպակաց ուղեմաս եւ բախվել հանդիպակաց ուղղությամբ ընթացող մեքենային: Վթարի հետեւանքով այդ մեքենայի ուղեւորներ, հարո ու սկեսուր մահացել են:
Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, որ 2017թ.-ին հուլիսի 1-ին ժամը 07:33-ին Վայք-Եղեգնաձոր ավտոճանապարհին՝ Վայոց ձորի մարզի Մալիշկա գյուղի մոտակայքում տեղի էր ունեցել ավտովթար: Վթարի հետեւանքով 2 ուղեւոր մահացել էր, եւս 11-ը ստացել էին մարմնական վնասվածքներ: Վիրավորներ մեջ կային նաեւ Իրանի քաղաքացիներ:
