ՊՆ նախկին նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանի կինը` Ռուզաննա Խաչատրյանը Facebook–յան իր էջում հոկտեմբերի 28–ին գրել է.

«...Գեղեցիկ երաժշտությունն ընդհատվում է, երբ բացում եմ համացանցը, քաղաքական գործիչների ամպագոռգոռ ելույթներից, քննարկվում են ընտանիքը, բռնությունը, բանակը, զորակոչը:

Որոշում եմ ծանոթանալ նորություններին: Եվ հանկարծ աչքիս զարնում է մի բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյա, որ, ինքնագոհ, մատը թափ տալով, ճառում է զինվորական ծառայության, զորակոչի հավասարության և պետության համար կարևորագույն այլ հարցերի մասին:

...Ակամա հիշողություններս ինձ մոտ 18 տարի հետ են տանում. ես աշխատում էի Էրեբունի բժշկական կենտրոնի ֆրանսիական ատամնաբուժարանում և բժշկել եմ այդ մարդուն, անձամբ ճանաչում եմ մոտ 25 տարի: Հիշում եմ՝ ինչպես էր այն ժամանակ խուսափում բանակից, հիշում եմ՝ ինչպես էր ռազմական ոստիկանությունը փնտրում իրեն. հայրը դիմել էր նրա ընկերուհուն, որը զինվորական բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյայի խորհրդական էր, որպեսզի վերջինս ոստիկանական հետապնդումից ազատի որդուն:

Այդ ժամանակ ես բուժում էի նաև այդ աղջկա ատամները և հիշում եմ՝ ինչպես հոգատար ընկերուհին, եթե չեմ սխալվում, այն ժամանակ պաշտպանության փոխնախարար Շիրխանյանի օգնությամբ փրկեց նրան պատժից... Եվ այսօր նա՝ իբրև մեծ «փիլիսոփա», իբրև մեծ «ուսուցիչ», մատը տարբեր ամբիոններից թափահարելով, փորձում է դաստիարակչական խորհուրդներ և խրատներ տալ մատաղ սերնդին։

Այստեղ մնում է միայն բացականչել. «Օ՜, ժամանակներ, օ՜, բարքեր»։
