Բաքու-Թբիլիսի-Կարսն ու Հայաստանի պաշարման նոր փուլը

Օրերս կբացվի Բաքու-Թբիլիսի-Կարս երկաթուղին: Այդ առիթով Բաքվում արդեն հավաքվելու են Թուրքիայի նախագահն ու Վրաստանի վարչապետը, լինելու է նաև Նազարբաևը: Հայաստանը շրջանցող, բայց մեծ հաշվով Հայաստանը հյուսիսից պաշարող այս երկաթուղին դառնում է առևտրաշրջանառության նոր երակ Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի միջև: Իսկ Վրաստանը օգտվելու է այդ երակից որպես տարանցիկ ուղի: Սեղանին դրված է նաև Իրանով Ադրբեջանն ու Թուրքիան կապող մեկ այլ երկաթուղու նախագիծ, որի գործարկումն արդեն նշանակելու է Հայաստանի պաշարում հարավից: Այստեղ էլ Իրանն է հանդես գալու որպես տարանցիկ երկիր:
Արևելքից ու Արևմուտքից Հայաստանն արդեն իսկ բլոկադայի մեջ է: Հյուսիսում ու հարավում, չնայած բարեկամ Վրաստանի և Իրանի առկայությանը, Ադրբեջանն ու Թուրքիան Հայաստանին հակադրում են պաշարման տնտեսական դրսևորում: Հայաստանը չի կարող մեղադրել ոչ Վրաստանին, ոչ Իրանին տարանցիկ ուղի դառնալու համար: Կա կոնկրետ տնտեսական շահ, որից մեր երկու բարեկամ հարևանները չեն հրաժարվի, նաև այն պատճառով, որ Հայաստանը հավասարազոր բան չունի առաջարկելու դրա փոխարեն:
Հայաստանի պատասխանն այս համընդհանուր բլոկադային ազգ-բանակն է: Դառնալ պետություն-ամրոց, փակվել ու դիմագրավել չորս կողմից եկող մարտահրավերներին: Հյուսիսից, արևմուտքից ու հարավից ՝ տնտեսական բլոկադային, արևելքից ՝ ռազմական: Միգուցե, իր բովանդակությամբ ազգ-բանակը կենսունակ է ՝ մարտավարական իմաստով: Բայց ռազմավարական իմաստով ազգ-բանակ իդեայի առաջացումն ինքնին ցուցիչ է, որ այս տարիների ընթացքում որևէ քաղաքական, տնտեսական կենսունակ նախագիծ Հայաստանն այդպես էլ չունեցավ ու հիմա ստիպված է գործ ունենալ արդեն իսկ գոյություն ունեցող բկոլադայի ընդլայնված դրսևորումների հետ:
