Ադրբեջանին հարկավոր չէ լուրջ քայլեր ձեռնարկել հակամարտության կարգավորման համար. քաղաքագետ

Սերժ Սարգսյանի եւ Իլհամ Ալիեւի  ժնևյան հանդիպումից հետո Ադրբեջանի ռազմավարությունը որեւէ փոփոխություն չի կրել: Ադրբեջանը փորձում է սահմանային լարվածության միջոցով բանակցային գործընթացը տանել հօգուտ իրեն:

«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ, լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը նման տեսակետ հայտնեց Կովկասի ինստիտուտի ղեկավար, քաղաքագետ Ալեքսանդր Իսկանդարյանը: Նրա խոսքով` Ադրբեջանը չի էլ փորձում լուրջ քայլեր ձեռնարկել հակամարտության կարգավորման համար, քանի որ դա իրեն այս պահին հարկավոր չէ: «Իրավիճակն այնպիսին է, ինչպիսին կա: Ադրբեջանը որևէ մոտիվացիա չունի այն փոխելու»,-ասաց քաղաքագետը:

Անդրադառնալով Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների գործողություններին՝ Իսկանդարյանը նշեց, որ նրանք զբաղվում են ոչ թե հակամարտության կարգավորմամբ, այլ ավելի շատ հակամարտության մենեջմենթով, նպատակ հետապնդելով նվազեցնել բռնությունները, վստահության մեխանիզմներ ստեղծել եւ այլն:

Բանակցային գործի մասնագետ, CM&Partners ընկերությունում ավագ խորհրդատու Արթուր Մարտիրոսյանը փաստեց, որ երբ Ադրբեջանը փոխի իր ռազմավարությունը, դա անպայման նկատելի կլինի, ինչ-որ բանով կարտահայտվի: «Ժնեւյան հանդիպումից հետո ես Ադրբեջանի կողմից ռազմավարության փոփոխություն չեմ տեսնում:  Փաստն այն է, որ Ադրբեջանը  շարունակում է իր նախկինում վարած քաղաքականությունը»,-հավելեց բանախոսը:

ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ երկրների նախաձեռնությամբ Հայաստանի  և Ադրբեջանի նախագահները հանդիպել են Ժնևում հոկտեմբերի 16-ին:
