Հայաստանի 2018թ. պետական բյուջեի նախագծի հիմքում կայուն և երկարաժամկետ նպատակի հասնելն է: Ազգային ժողովի մշտական հանձնաժողովների համատեղ նիստում ՀՀ 2018թ. պետական բյուջեի նախագծի քննարկմանն այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարար Վարդան Արամյանը:
«Եթե մենք ցանկանում ենք պերմանենտ լուծումներ տալ տարբեր տեսակի խնդիրների, այդ թվում՝ սոցիալական բնույթի խնդիրներին, մեզ համար կարևոր է, որպեսզի ունենանք կայուն և բարձր տնտեսական աճ: Մենք պետք է հավակնենք 5 տոկոսանոց, ոչ թե երեք տոկոսանոց տնտեսական աճի: 3 տոկոսանոց տնտեսական աճը մեզ հնարավորություն չի ընձեռում մեր առջև ծառացած խնդիրները կայուն կերպով լուծելու»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ ընդգծեց նա:
Նախարարը հավելեց, որ տարբեր տնտեսական ցիկլերում հարկաբյուջետային քաղաքականությունը պետք է լինի խելամիտ, իսկ այդ խելամտությունը բխում է նրանից, որ այն պետք է մշտապես լինի տնտեսական աճին օգնող գործոն: «Հակառակ պարագայում մենք ունենում ենք խնդիրներ և միջնաժամկետ, և երկարաժամկետ հատվածում»,- ընդգծեց Վարդան Արամյանը:
Նախարարը տնտեսական կայուն աճի համար կարևորեց նաև պետական պարտքի կայունացումը: Նրա խոսքով՝ կառավարությունը փորձել է ներկայացնել այնպիսի բյուջե, որը 2018թ. հնարավորություն է ընձեռում պետական պարտք-ՀՆԱ ցուցանիշը մեկ տոկոսային կետով նվազեցնել:
