Կարապետյանի վերջին շանսը. դուրս բերել կոնֆլիկտը կուլիսներից դուրս

Վերջին ԱԺ նիստերից մեկի ժամանակ Փաշինյանի հարցը դահլիճում գտնվող Կարապետյանին, մեծ աղմուկ հանեց: Փաշինյանը յուրատեսակ պերֆորմանս արեց ՝ հարց ուղղելով դահլիճում չգտնվող Կարապետյանին: Շատերը սա որպես քննադատության հեգնական ձև ընկալեցին: Միաժամանակ, Փաշինյանի հետ սերտ կապեր ունեցող Հայկական Ժամանակ թերթը սկսեց անդրադառնալ վարչապետին՝ փորձելով հասկանալ ուր է նա, ինչ է մտածում իր և Սերժ Սարգսյանի կոնֆլիկտի մասին:
Փաշինյանը միակ ընդդիմադիրը չէ, որ փորձում է ռևերանսներ անել վարչապետ Կարապետյանին: Ընդդիմադիր դաշտում նման կերպ մտածողները շատ են: Եվ պատճառը մեկն է. իշխանության այս մակարդակի ուզուրպացիայի պարագայում, երբ հանրապետականները վերահսկում են ամեն ինչ ու իշխանություն զիջելու միտք չունեն նաև առաջիկա մի քանի տարում, ընդդիմությանը մնում է մի բան ՝ մտնել ներիշխանական բախումների դաշտ և այնտեղ փորձել լուծել իշխանափոխության հարցը:
Սա ինչքան էլ ցինիկ, բայց պրագմատիկ քարտեզ է: Քարտեզի մանրամասները ժամանակին Փաշինյանը անուղղակի ներկայացրեց Կարապետյանին ՝ դուրս բերել կոնֆլիկտը Սարգսյանի հետ ներկուլիսային քննարկումներից, այն դարձնել հրապարակային և օգտագործելով թե Կարապետյանի, թե ընդդիմության հանրային աջակցությունը իշխանությունից հեռացնել, ասել է թե կասեցնել Սարգսյանի վարչապետությունը:
Կարապետյանը, սակայն, այս առաջարկը չի ընդունում: Նա շարունակում է Սարգսյանի հետ մենամարտել կադրային քաղաքականության, ներիշխանական արտահոսքերի և այլ գործիքներով: Ակնհայտ է, սակայն, որ անփորձ Կարապետյանն այս ոճում ավելի թույլ է, քան գորշ կարդինալի համբավ ձեռք բերած փորձառու Սարգսյանը: Ժամանակին նաև Տեր-Պետրոսյանն էր կոչ անում Սարգսյանի հետ անձնական հանդիպումների չգնալ և քաղաքական պրոցեսը չմտցնել փակ պատերից այն կողմ, գիտակցելով, թե ինչքան ուժեղ է Սարգսյանը ոչ ֆորմալ իրավիճակներում: Հիմա նմանատիպ իրավիճակ է ստեղծվել նաև Կարապետյանի դեպքում: Հաջողելու համար նա կամ պիտի հանրայնացնի իր և Սարգսյանի միջև շահերի բախումը ՝ ունենալով պատկառելի վարկանիշ ի տարբերություն Սարգսյանի: Կամ պիտի կամաց-կամաց հավաքի ճամպրուկները: Դատելով վարչապետի վարքից՝ նա հակված է երկրորդ տարբերակին:
