ՀՀ ոստիկանությունը և ԱԱԾ-ն հայտնաբերել են «Թուֆենկյան» հյուրանոցի մոտ հանցագործության համար հետախուզվող անձանց

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ոստիկանության և Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայողները, հետևողական, լայնածավալ ու համակարգված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում, սերտորեն փոխգործակցելով Վրաստանի ներքին գործերի նախարարության գործընկերների հետ, հոկտեմբերի 29-ին Վրաստանի տարածքում հայտնաբերել են սեպտեմբերի 14-ին Երևանի «Թուֆենկյան» հյուրանոցի մոտ տեղի ունեցած հանցագործությունը կատարելու համար հետախուզվող 1982 թ. ծնված Ալբերտ Բլբուլյանին և 1984 թ. ծնված Արմեն Կարադավիդովին: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ոստիկանության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի և լրատվության վարչությունից, այս պահին քննարկվում են նրանց Հայաստան տեղափոխելու ընթացակարգի մանրամասները:

Հաղորդագրության մեջ նաև նշված է. «Սեպտեմբերի 14-ին Երևանի Հանրապետության փողոցում, «Թուֆենկյան» հյուրանոցի մոտ, Ալբերտ Բլբուլյանը, Արմեն Կարադավիդովը և 1957 թվականին ծնված Ռաֆիկ Խաչատրյանը «Մակարով» ատրճանակից և «ԱԿ» ինքնաձիգից կրակոցներ էին արձակել երկու քաղաքացիների ուղղությամբ, ինչի հետևանքով մեկ մարդ սպանվել էր, մյուսը՝ վիրավորվել։ Սեպտեմբերի 15-ին որոշում էր կայացվել Ալբերտ Բլբուլյանին, Արմեն Կարադավիդովին և Ռաֆիկ Խաչատրյանին որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավելու և հետախուզում հայտարարելու մասին:

Սեպտեմբերի 22-ին, ոստիկանության մի մի շարք ստորաբաժանումների համագործակցված և արդյունավետ գործողությունների արդյունքում Ռաֆիկ Խաչատրյանը հայտնաբերվեց Կոտայքի մարզում ու բերման ենթարկվեց ոստիկանության քրեական հետախուզության գլխավոր վարչություն: Ալբերտ Բլբուլյանի և Արմեն Կարադավիդովի հետախուզման աշխատանքները շարունակվում էին ողջ ծավալով ու մեծ ընդգրկումով ու նույնպես սպասված արդյունքը տվեցին:

Կատարվածի բոլոր հանգամանքները կպարզվեն շարունակվող նախաքննությամբ»:
