ԱՄՆ Վիսկոնսին նահանգի Մարշֆիլդ քաղաքում դատապարտյալը, որին ազատ արձակելու պայմաններից մեկը եղել է սթափ մնալը, գիշերը փակվել է տեղի խանութներից մեկի գարեջրի սառնարանում:
Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է ABC Wisconsin-ը, Ջերեմի Վան Էրթ անունով տղամարդը խանութ է մտել կեսգիշերից քիչ պակաս (այդ ժամին Վիսկոնսինում դադարեցնում են գարեջրի վաճառքը) և սողոսկել է սառնարանի մեջ: Ուղիղ կեսգիշերին սառնարանն ավտոմատ կերպով փակվել է: Ջերմաստիճանը սառնարանի ներսում մոտ է 0 աստիճանին՝ ըստ Ցելսիուսի:
«Նա փակված է մնացել գարեջրի սառնարանում: Նա լավ գիտեր, որ իրեն գարեջուր չեն վաճառի, այդ պատճառով էլ որոշել է դուրս չգալ այնտեղից», - պարզաբանել է քաղաքի ոստիկանապետ Ռիք Համզան:
Ամերիկացուն սառնարանում նկատել են խանութի առաջին գնորդները՝ առավոտյան մոտ ժամը 06։00-ին: Գիշերվա ընթացքում նա 3 տարա Four Loko ալկոհոլային ըմպելիք և մեկ տարա գարեջուր է խմել:
Նա հեռացել է չվճարելով խմած գարեջրի դիմաց: Ավելի ուշ նրան ձերբակալել են և բանտ ուղարկել: Ավելի վաղ նա դատապարտվել էր մի քանի հոդվածով, սակայն ավելի ուշ պայմանականորեն ազատ էր արձակվել:
