ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության պետական շահերի պաշտպանության վարչությունում իրականացված ուսումնասիրության արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ «Հայանտառ» ՊՓԲ ընկերության, «ՀՀ ԳԱԱ Բուսաբանության ինստիտուտ» ՊՈԱԿ-ի և Ամերիկահայ Ճարտարագետների և Գիտնականների Ընկերակցության միջև 2002թ. կնքված պայմանագրով «ՀՀ ԳԱԱ Բուսաբանության ինստիտուտ» ՊՈԱԿ-ը պարտավորվել է ապահովել Ամերիկահայ Ճարտարագետների և Գիտնականների Ընկերակցության ներդրումներով 1998թ. հիմնադրված 20 հա, 1999թ. հիմնադրված 30 հա արագաճ բարդու գիտափորձարարական տնկադաշտերի, 0,5 հա մայր տնկարանի ինչպես նաև 2001թ. հիմնադրված հիբրիդային բարդիների հավաքածուների պահպանությունը, պաշտպանությունը և խնամքի աշխատանքների կազմակերպումը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնից:
«ՀՀ ԳԱԱ Բուսաբանության ինստիտուտ» ՊՈԱԿ-ի պատասխանատու պաշտոնատար անձանց կողմից իրենց ծառայության նկատմամբ անբարեխիղճ կամ անփույթ վերաբերմունքի՝ համապատասխան պայմանագրով ստանձնած տնկադաշտերի պատշաճ պահպանություն և պաշտպանություն չիրականացնելու հետևանքով, նշված անտառարդյունաբերական տնկադաշտերից անհայտ անձանց կողմից 2004-2016թթ. ընթացքում ապօրինի հատվել է 4.204 հատ ծառ ու հափշտակվել դրանց արդյունաբերական նշանակության անտառանյութը՝ շինափայտ և այլն, այդ թվում՝ 1999թ. հիմնադրված տնկադաշտից հատվել է 1900 հատ ծառ, որից միայն հափշտակված շինափայտի ծավալը կազմել է 987 մ3, իսկ արժեքը՝ 19.740.000 ՀՀ դրամ:
Նկատի ունենալով, որ արձանագրված խախտումներն առերևույթ պարունակում են հանցագործության հատկանիշներ՝ ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության պետական շահերի պաշտպանության վարչության դատախազի կողմից ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 177-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով և 315-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով նախատեսված հանցագործությունների հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ:
