Ջրամատակարարման բարելավման ծրագրերի պատասխանատուները նախազգուշացվել են՝ արագորեն վերականգնել քանդված փողոցների ասֆալտբետոնե ծածկերը

Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանի հանձնարարությամբ քաղաքապետի առաջին տեղակալ Կամո Արեյանը հրավիրել է ընդլայնված խորհրդակցություն, որի ժամանակ քննարկվել են մայրաքաղաքի ջրամատակարարման բարելավմանն ուղղված Ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեի ԾԻԳ-ի և «Վեոլիա Ջուր» ընկերության կողմից իրականացվող աշխատանքների ընթացքը: Խորհրդակցությանը մասնակցել են ՀՀ էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների և բնական պաշարների նախարարարության ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեի ծրագրերի իրականացման գրասենյակի ղեկավարները, «Վեոլիա Ջուր» ընկերության «Արևելք» և «Արևմուտք» տարածաշրջանային կառույցների տնօրենները, Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակազմի կոմունալ տնտեսության վարչության պետը, աշխատակիցները, կապալառու և շինարարական կազմակերպությունների ղեկավարներն ու տեխնիկական հսկիչները: 

Անդրադառնալով իրականացվող ծրագրերի ընթացքին՝ Կամո Արեյանը բոլորի ուշադրությունը հրավիրել է այն հանգամանքին, որ շատ դեպքերում ծրագրերի ընթացքը դանդաղ է, կատարվող աշխատանքներն էլ ձգձգվում են՝ անհարկի անհարմարություններ պատճառելով քաղաքացիներին:
«Բոլորս էլ գիտակցում ենք, որ այս աշխատանքներն անհրաժեշտ և սպասված են, բայց քանդել փողոցներն ու ամիսներով չվերականգնել կամ կիսատ-պռատ, ընդամենը հողով ծածկել ու երկար ժամանակ թողնել այդ վիճակում, ուղղակի աններելի է: Բոլոր աշխատանքների համար սահմանվում է հստակ ժամկետ և որևէ մեկին իրավունք չի տրված դրանք խախտել և անհարկի անհարմարություններ պատճառել մեր համաքաղաքացիներին: Վերցրեք այնքան ծավալ, որքանը որ կարող եք պատշաճ ավարտին հասցնել, ոչ թե աջ ու ձախ քանդեք և փորձեք արդարանալ, որ ծավալները մեծ են և, դրանով պայմանավորված, չեք հասցնում: Սա երբեք ընդունելի արդարացում չի կարող լինել: Եվ, ընդհանրապես, եթե ամենօրյա խիստ հսկողություն սահմանեք ու անձամբ հետևեք իրականացվող աշխատանքների ընթացքին, համոզված եմ, որ նման պատկեր չենք ունենա: Դիմացը ձմեռ է, և բոլորիդ նախազգուշացնում եմ, որ արագ ավարտեք ասֆալտբետոնյա ծածկերի վերականգնման աշխատանքները, որ ձմռանը չունենանք քանդված ու չվերականգնված որևէ փողոց» - ընդգծել է Կամո Արեյանը և մասնավորապես շինարարական կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներին խստորեն նախազգուշացրել, որ խախտումներ թույլ տվողների նկատմամբ կկիրառվեն օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված վարչական պատասխանատվության միջոցներ:
Հարկ է նշել, որ Ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեի պատվերով մայրաքաղաքի ջրամատակարարման բարելավման վարկային ծրագրով Երևանի 80 փողոցներում ընթանում են ջրամատակարարման բաշխիչ ցանցի արդիականացման և մասնավոր տնատիրությունների ջրաչափական հանգույցների տեղադրման աշխատանքներ: Ծրագրի իրագործումից հետո կառուցվելու է 152 կիլոմետր նոր ջրագիծ՝ շուրջ 13000 մասնավոր տնատիրությունների համար: «Վեոլիա Ջուր» ընկերությունն էլ մայրաքաղաքի 30 հասցեներում իրականացնում է ջրամատակարարման բարելավման և կոյուղատար ցանցի արդիականացման ծրագրեր: 21 հասցեներում գործընթացն արդեն ավարտվել է, իսկ մնացած 9-ում կավարտվի առաջիկա օրերին:
