Շարմազանովը խնդրահարույց է համարում «Ընտանեկան բռնության կանխարգելման մասին» օրենքի նախագիծը

Ազգային ժողովի փոխնախագահ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը նախնական տեսքով խնդրահարույց է համարում «Ընտանեկան բռնության կանխարգելման և դրա դեմ պայքարի մասին» օրենքի նախագիծը: ՀՀԿ ԳՄ նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը Շարմազանովն ընդգծեց, որ այդ օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությունը, որն ունի նախնական տեսք. խնդրահարույց է:
«Այստեղ մտահոգություն ունեն նաև մեր կուսակցական շատ գործընկերներ: Մենք արդեն սկսել ենք քննարկումները, և առաջիկա օրերին մեր կուսակցությունը կներկայացնի իր առաջարկները»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ընդգծեց Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը:
Նա շեշտեց, որ ՀՀԿ-ն պահպանողական կուսակցություն է, հետևաբար իրենք ազգային ավանդական ընտանիքի կողմնակից են: «Եվ այն դրույթները, որոնք հակասության մեջ կմտնեն մեր Սահմանադրության և ազգային ավանդական արժեքների հետ, խնդրահարույց են, և մենք պետք է քննարկենք ու ներկայացնենք նոր մոտեցումներ: Կարծում եմ, որ այն պետք է փոփոխվի: Ես՝ որպես Ազգային ժողովի նախագահի տեղակալ, տեսել եմ որոշ մտահոգիչ դրույթներ և կարծում եմ, որ այս տեսքով սա խնդրահարույց օրենսդրական նախաձեռնություն է: Մենք պետք է անենք հնարավոր ամեն ինչ, որպեսզի վտանգի մեջ չդնենք մեր ավանդական ընտանեկան արժեքները, մյուս կողմից պետք է դատապարտենք բռնությունը»,- եզրափակեց Շարմազանովը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ Հայաստանում ընտանիքն ամենաառողջ կորիզն է, և պետք չէ մի քանի շեղված մարդկանց օրինակը, ովքեր բռնություն են կիրառում, տարածել բոլոր ընտանիքների վրա և ասել, որ Հայասստանում ընտանեկան բռնություն կա: «Մենք պետք է հասնենք նրան, որ մի կողմից դատապարտենք բռնությունը և հնարավորինս նվազեցնենք մեր երկրում ընտանեկան բռնության դեպքերը, բայց մյուս կողմից չանենք բաներ, որոնք հակասում են մեր ազգային, ավանդական արժեքներին:
