Վիգեն Սարգսյանը շնորհակալ է, որ ԵԼՔ-ն իշխանություն չէ: Բայց ավելի լավ կլիներ շնորհակալ լինել, որ ԵԼՔ-ն ընդդիմություն է, ավելի ճիշտ, որ ընդդիմությունը ԵԼՔ-ն է: Այլապես նրան հնարավորություն չէր տրվի փայլել ԱԺ լիագումար նիստում: Չէր հաջողվի, որովհետև ԵԼՔ-ի անփորձ, մեկ քայլ պարունակող քննադատություններն արագ հաադարձվում են, մանավանդ Վիգեն Սարգսյանի կողմից, ով լինելով աշխատակազմի ղեկավար իրավիճակային որոշումներ կայացնելու փայլուն մասնագետ է:

Եվ հենց այստեղ է Վիգեն Սարգսյանի թե ուժեղ, թե թույլ կողմը: Թույլ այն առումով, որ ցանացած բովանդակային, կոնցեպտուալ քննադատության Վիգեն Սարգսյանը չէր դիմանալու: Իսկ ամենօրյա հնչող քննադատությունների դասական դարձած գործիքակազմին դիմանալու էր, ավելին դուրս էր գալու հաղթողի դերում:

Վիգեն Սարգսյանն այսօր իսկապես հաջողեց ՝ ԵԼՔ-ի քննադատությունների ֆոնին: Բայց նա ձախողեց այն հեռանկարը, որ Հայաստանում երիտասարդ սերնդի գործիչները միգուցե ավագներից ավելի հմուտ գտնվեն, ավելի ժողովրդավար կլինեն: Ազգ-բանակ կոնցեպտն այն մատուցմամբ, որով այն մեզ մատուցում է Վիգեն Սարգսյանը, ոչ այլ ինչ է քան Հայաստանի միլիտարիզացիայի պլան: Իսկ Իսրայելին արվող հղումները պարզապես այդ պլանը լեգիտիմացնելու քող:

Հայաստանի իշխանությունը ձախողել է տնտեսության և անվտանգության ոլորտները, միաժամանակ ժամանակ չունի համակարգային լուծումներ գտնելու, դրա համար էլ դիմում են այս իրավիճակային քայլին ՝ ստեղծել ազգ-բանակ՝ այն հնարավորինս հեշտ կառավարելու համար:
