Պատմամշակութային արժեք ներկայացնող շենքերից հետո կազմվում են նաև մյուս շենքերի գովազդային անձնագրերը

Դեռևս օգոստոսին Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը համապատասխան ընթացակարգով վարչական վարույթներ էր իրականացրել, որոնց նպատակը պատմամշակութային արժեք ներկայացնող շենքերին առկա տարատեսակ գովազդների կանոնակարգումն էր: Ըստ այդմ, կազմվել էին գովազդային անձնագրեր, որոնցում մանրամասնորեն նշված էր, թե ինչ տեսք պետք է ունենան գովազդները, որպեսզի չխաթարեն այդ շենքերի ճարտարապետական կերպը: Ներկայումս արդեն ավարտվել են 60 պատմամշակութային շենքերի գովազդային անձնագրերին չհամապատասխանող գովազդային ցուցանակների ապամոնտաժման աշխատանքները: Ընդ որում, այդ շենքերի գերակշիռ մասը գտնվում է Տիգրան Մեծի պողոտայի՝ Հանրապետության հրապարակից մինչև Խանջյան փողոցն ընկած հատվածում:

Հատկանշական է, որ տնտեսվարողները հիմնականում սեփական ուժերով են ապամոնտաժել գովազդային անձնագրերին չհամապատասխանող գովազդային ցուցանակները, իսկ նրանցից շատերը ներկայացրել են գովազդային անձնագրերին համապատասխան նոր ցուցանակները` համապատասխան կարգով տեղադրման նոր թույլտվություն ստանալու համար: Այժմ արդեն պատմամշակութային արժեք ներկայացնող շենքերից հետո գովազդային անձնագրեր են կազմվում նաև մյուս բոլոր շենքերի համար: Հետևաբար, նոր գործունեություն ծավալող տնտեսվարողները շինություններ ձեռք բերելիս կամ վարձակալելիս տեղեկացված կլինեն, թե ինչպիսին պետք է լինի տվյալ շենքի վրա տեղադրվող գովազդը:
