Հայ-ռուսական գործարար համաժողովից ակնկալվում է արտահանման ու ներմուծման մոտ 10 պայմանավորվածություն

Երևանում 70 հայկական և 11 ռուսական ընկերություն Կուրգանի, Վլադիմիրի և Տամբովի մարզերից մասնակցում են Հայ-ռուսական գործարար համաժողովին: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` նախատեսվում են գործարար հանդիպումներ (B2B) հետաքրքրված ընկերությունների միջև: Այս ձևաչափով սա արդեն չորրորդ համաժողովն է, սակայն Երևանի առևտրաարդյունաբերական պալատի նախագահի խորհրդական Կարեն Իվանովի խոսքով` գործարար պատվիրակությունների այց թե Ռուսաստանից, թե Բելառուսից ու Ղազախստանից հաճախ է տեղի ունենում: «Սա ավելի փոքր մասշտաբի համաժողով է` ի համեմատ Ծաղկաձորում անցկացվող միջոցառման, որտեղ հյուրընկալվում է 400 մասնակից ԵԱՏՄ երկրներից: Այնտեղ խոսքը գնում է համաժողովի արդյունքում գործարարների միջև մի քանի տասնյակ պայմանավորվածությունների մասին»,-ասաց նա: Այսօրվա համաժողովից ակնկալում են 1-2 արտահանման, 4-5 ներմուծման պայմանավորվածություն:
Կարեն Իվանովի դիտարկմամբ` ռուսական ընկերությունների գործունեությունը Հայաստանում սկսվում է ապրանք բերելով ու տեղի շուկան հասկանալով, հետո արդեն իրանական շուկա մուտք գործելը, երրորդ քայլը GSP և GSP+ համակարգերով Եվրոպա դուրս գալն է:
Հայաստանում ՌԴ Առևտրի ներկայացուցչության ղեկավար Անդրեյ Բաբկոն նշեց, որ ռուսական ընկերությունների առաջարկները շատ պահանջված են հայկական շուկայում ու, եթե այդ ընկերությունները գտնեն գործընկերներ, ապա կարելի է խոսել հեռանկարային գործընկերության ու պայմանագրերի մասին: «Ինչ վերաբերում է մեր կառույցի մասնակցությանը, ապա մենք համագործակցում ենք Երևանի առևտրաարդյունաբերական պալատի հետ, ինչը շատ արդյունավետ է: Մենք առանձին կամ միասին իրականացնում ենք հայ և ռուս գործընկների փնտրտուք, նրանց համար կազմակերպում գործարար հանդիպում, հետո արդեն կապերը խորացնում ենք մինչ պայմանագրերի ստորագրումը»,-հայտնեց Անդրեյ Բաբկոն:
Նա դրական արդյունք համարեց այն, որ որոշ ընկերություններ երկրորդ անգամ են Հայաստանում, ինչը ենթադրում է հաստատված կապերի ընդլայնում:
Փոքր ու միջին արտահանողների ասոցիացիայի ներկայացուցիչ Սերգեյ Ռակովսկիխը, ներկայացնելով իրենց կառույցի գործառույթները, նշեց, որ բացի ՌԴ ՓՄՁ-ներին աջակցություն ցուցաբերելուց, իրենք նաև արձագանքում են այլ երկրների տնտեսվարողների խնդրանքին` գտնել արտադրողների կամ պոտենցիալ գնորդների:
