Ապրիլյան պատերազմը լուրջ ազդեցություն է թողել համանախագահների մոտեցումների վրա. ՀՀ ԱԳ փոխնախարար

Անհեռանկար քայլերով Ադրբեջանն իրեն մղել է փակուղի բոլոր հարցերում: Դա վերաբերում է ոչ միայն ղարաբաղյան բանակցություններին, այլ նաև ներքին ու արտաքին քաղաքականությանը՝ այդպիսով փակելով նաև այդ փակուղուց դուրս գալու ճանապարհը: Կառավարության նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նման կարծիք հայտնեց ՀՀ փոխարտգործնախարար Շավարշ Քոչարյանը:
«Բանակցություններին խանգարողն Ադրբեջանն է, այնպես չէ որ հայկական կողմերը խուսափել են բանակցություններից, ճիշտ հակառակը, բայց եթե հակառակորդը պարտադրում է, ասում է՝ կամ ամեն ինչ, կամ պատերազմ, ապա դրան տեղ տալ չի կարելի: Բանակցությունների հեռանկարի հետ կապված հստակ խոսել են համանախագահները՝ բազմաթիվ հայտարարություններում նշելով, որ բանակցությունների առաջընթացի համար անհրաժեշտ է համապատասխան հիմք, որը կողմերի միջև վստահությունն է, որն էլ ձեռք բերելու համար անհրաժեշտ է, որպեսզի Ադրբեջանը կատարի իր միջազգային պարտավորությունները»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ ասաց Քոչարյանը:
Նրա խոսքով, այն, ինչ կապված է հետաքննության մեխանիզմի ներդրման հետ, դա Ադրբեջանի միջազգային պարտավորությունն է: Շավարշ Քոչարյանը հիշեցրեց, որ դեռևս 1995-ին Ադրբեջանն Արցախի Հանրապետության և Հայաստանի հետ ստորագրել է եռակողմ համաձայնագիր առ այն, որ պետք է ռազմական գործողությունների ու կրակի դադարեցման ռեժիմն ամրապնդվի, մասնավորապես, ներդնելով հետաքննության մեխանիզմ:
«Դրանից հետո բազմիցս անդրադարձ է եղել մեխանիզմի ներդրմանը, որովհետև անզեն աչքով էլ երևում է՝ եթե բանակցություններում անհրաժեշտ է առաջընթաց, ապա պետք է կրակի դադարեցման ռեժիմը պահպանվի»,- ընդգծեց ՀՀ փոխարտգործնախարարը: Վերջինս նաև համոզմունք հայտնեց, որ ապրիլյան պատերազմը լուրջ ազդեցություն է թողել ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի միջնորդների մոտեցումների վրա, ինչը երևում է վերջիններիս հայտարարություններում:
