Կարեն Կարապետյանն անդրադարձավ մի շարք համայնքներում անթույլատրելի բնապահպանական վիճակին և տվեց հանձնարարական

Իրականացված ուսումնասիրությունների արդյունքում արձանագրվել են նաեւ շրջակա միջավայրի գերաղտոտվածության դեպքեր: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ, այդ մասին կառավարության նիստում հայտարարեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը՝ հիշեցնելով, որ նախկինում հանձնարարականներ են տրվել բնական ռեսուրսների ապօրինի օգտագործման դեպքում պատասխանատվության միջոցների խստացման վերաբերյալ, որոնք գտնվում են մշակման փուլում։
«Վերջին շրջանում խիստ անթույլատրելի բնապահպանական իրավիճակ է արձանագրվել Արարատի մարզի Այնթապ, Դարակերտ, Նորաբաց, Գետափնյա, Դաշտավան, Զորակ գյուղական և Մասիս համայնքներում։ Արձանագրվել են նաև ոռոգման և կոյուղու ջրերը խառնվելու դեպքեր, որոնք լուրջ վնաս են հասցնում ինչպես շրջակա միջավայրին, այնպես էլ գյուղատնտեսությանը»,- ասաց նա:
Ելնելով վերոնշյալից՝ Կարեն Կարապետյանը Արտակարգ իրավիճակների, Բնապահպանության, Տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման, Գյուղատնտեսության, Առողջապահության նախարարներին, ինչպես նաև Ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեի նախագահին հանձնարարեց ձեռնարկել ոռոգման և կոյուղու ջրերի խառնվելու, ինչպես նաև թափոնները ոռոգման ջրատարներ թափվելու դեպքերը վերացնելու ուղղությամբ միջոցներ, կիրառելով օրենքով սահմանված առավել խիստ պատժամիջոցներ:
Միաժամանակ, պետք է 2-ամսյա ժամկետում մշակել և կառավարության աշխատակազմ ներկայացնել նման դեպքերը կանխարգելելու ու աղտոտման արդյունքում պատճառած վնասների փոխհատուցման ապահովման օրենսդրական առաջարկություններ:
«Այստեղ կան դեպքեր, երբ կոյուղուն միջամտել են հենց բնակիչները՝ ջրելու խնդիրները լուծելու համար: Այդ իսկ պատճառով խնդիրը պետք է համալիր ուսումնասիրել ու ընդհանրապես բացառել՝ համապատասխան գնահատականներ և պատժամիջոցներ կիրառելով բոլոր նրանց նկատմամբ, ովքեր ենթակառուցվածքային կառույցների գործունեությանը միջամտում են իրենց ցանկությամբ»,- ասաց վարչապետը:
