Ամեն շաբաթ ամփոփվում են Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի և վարչական շրջանների սոցիալական ցանցերի էջերի ու էլեկտրոնային հասցեների միջոցով մեր համաքաղաքացիներից ստացված նամակները:
Երևանցիները հնարավորություն ունեն նաև «Մաքուր Երևան» ծրագրով իրականացվող աշխատանքների կազմակերպման նպատակով համացանցում առկա քաղաքապետարանի էջերին ուղարկել որոշակի հասցեներ:
Ըստ այդմ, հոկտեմբերի 16-22-ը Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի և վարչական շրջանների սոցիալական ցանցերի էջերում և էլեկտրոնային հասցեներով ստացվել է 59 նամակ, որոնցից 54-ին տրվել է համապատասխան լուծում, 5-ը՝ ընթացքի մեջ է: 157 նամակ էլ վերաբերել է «Մաքուր Երևան» ծրագրի շրջանակում իրականացվող աշխատանքներին: Բացօթյա առևտրի դեմ պայքարում արձանագրված դեպքերի թիվը եղել է 301: Հարցերի մյուս մասը վերաբերել է կոմունալ, կրթության, բարեկարգման, սոցիալական, արտաքին գովազդի, առևտրի, մշակույթի ոլորտներին:
Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը շարունակելու է էլեկտրոնային տարբերակով ստացված դիմումներով նույնպես մեր համաքաղաքացիների բարձրացրած հարցերին լուծում տալ՝ նպաստելով խնդիրների արագ լուծմանը:
