«Դիլիջան ազգային պարկում» ուղեփակոցի վագոն-տնակի հրկիզման դեպքով հարուցված քրեական գործով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել մեկ անձի։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնից։
Հաղորդագրության մեջ նշված է. «Արդեն տեղեկացվել է, որ «Դիլիջան ազգային պարկ» ՊՈԱԿ-ի Շամախյան տեղամասում պահնորդական ծառայություն իրականացնող «Պանտերա սիքյուրիթի» ՍՊ ընկերությանը պատկանող հենակետ հանդիսացող վագոն-տնակի հրդեհման դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 185-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ և կատարվում է նախաքննություն:
Անհանդուրժելի համարելով ապօրինի անտառահատումների կանխարգելման կոշտ միջոցների ձեռնարկմանն ակնհայտորեն խոչընդոտելու փորձերը, ինչպես նաև ուղեփակոցի վագոն-տնակի հրդեհման հանգամանքները և պահնորդների աշխատանքը խոչընդոտած անձանց ամբողջական շրջանակը պարզելու ուղղությամբ ունեցած արդյունքների դեռևս ոչ բավարար լինելու հանգամանքը՝ ՀՀ Տավուշի մարզի դատախազի կողմից նախաքննական, օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ իրականացնող մարմիններին հանձնարարվել է ակտիվացնել ինչպես քննչական, այնպես էլ օպերատիվ-որոնողական անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումները:
ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքի 53-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 6-րդ կետով սահմանված կարգով, քրեական գործով ձեռք բերված որոշակի փաստական տվյալների հիման վրա ՀՀ Տավուշի մարզի դատախազի տեղակալի կողմից նախաքննություն իրականացնող մարմնին գրավոր ցուցում էր տրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 258-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով նախատեսված հանցագործություն կատարելու վերաբերյալ անմիջականորեն ծագած կասկածանքով ձերբակալել մեկ անձի: Հոկտեմբերի 19-ին տվյալ անձին ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի վերոնշյալ հոդվածով առաջադրվել է մեղադրանք: Միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել դատարան՝ նրա նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց կալանավորումն ընտրելու վերաբերյալ:
Նկատի առնելով նմանատիպ դրսևորումների հանրորեն վտանգավորության աստիճանը և հանցագործությունը կատարած անձանց օրենքի ամբողջ խստությամբ պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու անհրաժեշտությունը՝ ՀՀ դատախազությունն առանձնակի ուշադրության առանցքում է պահելու քննության ընթացքը՝ կիրառելով դատախազական հսկողության՝ օրենքով նախատեսված անհրաժեշտ բոլոր կառուցակարգերը:
