Ո՞վ էր իրեն ոչ կոռեկտ պահում՝ նախարա՞րը, թե լրագրողները

«Պաշտպանության մասին» օրենքի նախագիծը ներկայացնելու համար Պաշտպանության նախարար Վիգեն Սարգսյանը եկել էր Ազգային ժողով: Հաշվի առնելով սահմանային վերջին դեպքերը` նախարարին սպասող լրագրողներն առաջին «ձեռքից» ցանկացան տեղեկանալ, թե լարվածությունն իրապե՞ս աճելու միտում ունի:
Նախարար Սարգսյանը, սակայն, հավանաբար անակնկալի գալով հարցից, փորձեց խուսանավել ու չպատասխանել այդ հարցին: Նա, բավականին արհամարհական վերաբերմունք դրսևորելով լրագրողների հանդեպ, սկզբում փորձեց լռություն պահպանել, հետո ասաց, որ լրագրողներն իրենց կոռեկտ չեն պահում: Հետո, իր լռությունը կրկին կոծկելու համար ասաց, որ իրեն ուղղված հարցերին չի պատասխանում, քանի որ լրագրողներն անտակտ են, բայց հարցադրման մեջ թե որտե՞ղ էր նա անտակտություն տեսել, անկեղծ ասած, այդպես էլ մնաց անհայտ: Ի վերջո, լրագրողներից մեկի նյարդերը տեղի տվեցին և հարցրեց նրան.
«Պարոն նախարար, չեք տիրապետո՞ւմ իրավիճակին»,– բայց նախարարը կրկին չպատասխանեց որևէ հարցի: Ի վերջո, Վ. Սարգսյանը խոսեց և տեղեկացրեց, որ իրեն ուղղված բոլոր հարցերը պետք է ուղղել լրատվական ծառայությանը և այնտեղից էլ ստանալ հարցերի պատասխանները:
Այդ ընթացքում նրա թիկնապահներն այնպես էին հրում լրագրողներին, կարծես նախարարին մարտի դաշտում թշնամու գնդակից էին փորձում պաշտպանել:
Որ ՊՆ մամուլի խոսնակ Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանն իրոք լավ է աշխատում ու լրագրողների բոլոր հարցերին պատասխանում է բավականին օպերատիվորեն և պատշաճ, նորություն չէ, բայց Վ. Սարգսյանն, ով ամենայն հավանականությամբ «մոռացել» էր, որ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներն առանց մամուլի քարտուղարի կամ լրատվական ծառայության էլ պետք է կարողանան ազատ շփվել և լիարժեք պատասխանել լրագրողի ցանկացած, այդ թվում՝ ամենատհաճ կամ ոչ կոռեկտ ձևակերպում ունեցող հարցին, փաստ էր:
Ի դեպ, լռելն ու հարցերին չպատասխանելը խոսում է կա՛մ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյայի ճկունություն չունենալու, կա՛մ իրավիճակին չտիրապետելու մասին: Երրորդ «կամ» չկա: Հակառակ դեպքում հասարակության շրջանում բավականին բարեկիրթ պետական պաշտոնյայի համբավ վայելող նախարարն իրեն այդքան ոչ ադեկվատ չէր պահի և նման արտահայտություն չէր հնչեցնի ԱԺ–ում աշխատող լրագրողների հասցեին:
Մեկ լրացում ևս. բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներն իրավունք չունեն լռեցնել կամ ուժ կիրառել լրագրողների հանդեպ: Թիկնապահի «թիկունքից» լրագրողների հետ շփվող պաշտոնյաներին էլ պետք է հիշեցնել, որ իրենք ընդամենը ժողովրդին ծառայելու և ժողովրդի կողմից հնչեցվող հարցերին հոդաբաշխ պատասխանելու համար են այդ աթոռը զբաղեցնում:
