«Վարչապետի հարցը կքննարկվի Հայաստանի սահմաններից դուրս՝ մասնավորապես՝ Ռուսաստանում։ Կլինի մեկը, որն ընկալելի կլինի նաև Կրեմլի համար։ Ի տարբերություն Արևմուտքի՝ Կրեմլն աշխատում է անձերի հետ, Արևմուտքը՝ ինստիտուտների։»,- «Առաջին լրատվական»-ի հետ զրույցում նման տեսակետ հայտնեց «Միասնություն» շարժման համակարգող խորհրդի ղեկավար Արման Վարդանյանը։

Մեր զրուցակիցը կարծում է՝ թե՛ երկրի նախագահը, և թե՛ վարչապետն ընկալելի գործիչներ են Ռուսաստանի համար. «Խոսքը թարմության և նորամուծության մասին է։ Այսօր աշխատում են երկուսի հետ, և որոշում չկա, թե ով է լինելու Ռուսաստանի թիվ մեկ գործընկերը՝ ապրիլից հետո։ Օրակարգում կա նաև որոշակի ֆինանսական աջակցություն. Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունը ցույց է տվել, որ վարչապետն իրենց համար նույնպես լավ ու վստահելի գործընկեր է։ Կարծում եմ՝ եթե Կարեն Կարապետյանը մնա վարչապետ՝ երկրի նախագահն իր ձեռքերում կկենտրոնացնի ամբողջ ուժային կառույցները և թիվ մեկ ֆիգուրը կլինի»,- ընդգծեց Վարդանյանը։

Արման Վարդանյանը նաև նշում է՝ նախագահը ցանկանալու է, որ 2018-ի իր հենարանը լինի ընդլայնված. «Իհարկե ցանկալի է, որ իրեն ծառայող քաղաքականությամբ զբաղվող մարդկանց թիվը լինի բազմազան և բազմաշերտ։ Դա նորմալ և տրամաբանական ցանկություն է։ Եթե չլինի արտաքին որևէ միջամտություն՝ ամեն ինչ կլինի այնպես, ինչպես կորոշի երկրի նախագահը։ Փետրվարին մոտ՝ արդեն պարզ կլինի՝ ով ինչ կառույց է ղեկավարելու։ Մի բան է պարզ՝ նախագահն իր ձեռքերում է պահելու բոլոր ուժային կառույցները»,- ասաց նա։

Վարդանյանը հավելում է. «Թիմը համոզելու է Սերժ Սարգսյանին։ Այս թայֆաբազությունը, որ Հայաստանում եղել է, պետք է վերանա։ Այդ թիմը Կարեն Կարապետյանի հետ չունի այն կոմունիկացիաները, որ ունի նախագահի հետ։ Թիմից շատերին դժվար է լինելու պայմանավորվածություններ ձեռք բերել Կարեն Կարապետյանի հետ՝ տարբեր բնավորությամբ մարդիկ կան։ Մարդիկ չեն ուզում դուրս գալ իրենց կանխատեսելի վիճակից։ Համոզելով որևէ հարց չի լուծվելու. ինչքա՞ն կարելի է համոզել ու ոչ մի հարց չլուծել։ Ըստ իս՝ այսօր բաժանվելու նախադրյալ չկա, երկրի նախագահը տիրապետում է բոլոր ռեսուրսներին։ Թե՛ կուսակցության ներսում և թե՛ դրանից դուրս՝ բազմաթիվ քաղաքական ուժեր, լինելով ընդդիմադիր դաշտում, սպասում են նախագահի հրահանգին, շատ ՀԿ-ներ ուղղորդվում են այդ նույն կենտրոնից։ Այսօր դեռ Կարեն Կարապետյանը նախագահի համար հակառակորդ չէ»,- եզրափակեց Արման Վարդանյանը։
