«Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությունը այս ընտրություններին կներկայանա ավագանու երկու թեկնածուով

«Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության փոխնախագահ Սուրեն Պապիկյանը Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց, որ կուսակցությունն այս անգամ ՏԻՄ ընտրություններին համայնքի որևէ թեկնածուի չի առաջադրել, քանի որ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից հետո զբաղված են եղել կազմակերպչական այլ գործերով:
«Մենք ինքնանպատակ չենք ցանկանում մասնակցել ընտրություններին: Մասնակցում ենք միայն հաղթելու նպատակով: Եվ քանի որ նախորդ ընտրություններից հետո ժամանակը քիչ էր պատշաճ պատրաստվելու համար, այդ պատճառով էլ պաշտոնապես որևէ թեկնածու չենք առաջադրել և որևէ թեկնածուի այս պահին չենք սատարում»,– ասաց Ս. Պապիկյանը:
ՔՊ կուսակցության փոխնախագահն ասաց նաև, որ հաջորդ ՏԻՄ ընտրություններին կուսակցությունը կներկայանա պատրաստված և հաղթելու վճռականությամբ: Իսկ հիմա Կապանի քաղաքապետի և ավագանու անդամների ընտրություններին կուսակցությունը առաջադրել է ավագանու 2 թեկնածուի: Բացի այդ, նոյեմբերի 5–ի ընտրությունների ժամանակ բոլոր հանձնաժողովներում կունենան ներկայացուցիչներ:
«Մենք լինելով միակ ընդդիմադիր ուժը, այնուամենայնիվ, չէինք կարող անմասն մնալ այս ընտրություններից և ՏԻՄ ընտրությունների ժամանակ բոլոր հանձնաժողովներում էլ անդամներ ունենք»,– ասաց ՔՊ կուսակցության փոխնախագահը:
Հարցին, թե ինչ օրինականություն պահպանելու մասին է խոսքը, երբ շատ համայնքներում ղեկավարի երկու թեկնածուներից մեկն արդեն ինքնաբացարկի դիմում է ներկայացրել և արդեն իսկ անզեն աչքով էլ երևում է, որ հիմնականում ընտրություններն անց են կացվելու մեկ թեկնածուով, Ս. Պապիկյանն ասաց.
«Դա բոլորովին կապ չունի, մեր խնդիրն է թույլ չտալ, որ տեղերում օրենքի խախտումներով ընտրություններն ընթանան: Բացի այդ, մենք մասնակցելու ենք ընտրություններին, որպեսզի հասարակությանը հնարավորություն տանք, որպեսզի մեր միջոցով իրենց ձայնը լսելի դառնա»:
Խոսելով «Ելք» դաշինքի անդամ կուսակցությունների միավորման մասին, նա նշեց, որ համագործակցության հուշագրի երեք կետերից վերջինը կուսակցությունների միավորման մասին է, սակայն այնտեղ որևէ վերջնաժամկետ նշված չէ:
«Կուսակցությունների միավորման հուշագրում որևէ ժամկետ նշված չէ, այնպես որ դեռ ժամանակ ունենք այդ մասին մտածելու»,– ասաց Ս. Պապիկյանը:
