ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի ԱՄՆ համանախագահ Ջեյմս Ուորլիքը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կողմերին կոչ է անում հրաժարվել զենքի կիրառումից: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, միջնորդը թվիթերյան իր միկրոբլոգում հրապարակել է ականանետի արձակած կրակոցի բեկորների լուսանկար. այդ զինատեսակով սեպտեմբերին կրակի տակ էին պահվում հայկական սահմանամերձ գյուղերը:«Հայաստանն ու Ադրբեջանը, անկախ նրանից` ագրեսորի կարգավիճակում են, թե հակազդողի, պետք է հրաժարվեն այս զենքերի կիրառումից»,- գրել է Ուորլիքը:

ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներ Իգոր Պոպովը (Ռուսաստան), Պիեռ Անդրիոն (Ֆրանսիա) և Ջեյմս Ուորլիքը (ԱՄՆ) հոկտեմբերի 26-ին ժամանել են Հայաստան: Նրանք արդեն հանդիպել են ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի և ՀՀ արտգործնախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանի հետ:  Համանախագահները ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի անձնական ներկայացուցիչ դեսպան Անջեյ Կասպշիկի ուղեկցությամբ տարածաշրջանային այցի շրջանակներում կժամանեն Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետություն` հանդիպելու երկրի ղեկավարության հետ: Հոկտեմբերի 27-ին համանախագահները մասնակցելու են Մարտակերտ-Թարթառ ճանապարհահատվածում ԵԱՀԿ առաքելության կողմից իրականացվելիք ԼՂՀ և Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի շփման գծի դիտարկմանը:

Դիտարկման ժամանակ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները և ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի անձնական ներկայացուցիչն անցնելու են ադրբեջանական տարածք՝ ԼՂՀ կողմից: Համանախագահները Բաքվում կլինեն հոկտեմբերի 28-ին:
