Դեսպան Արմեն Սարգսյանը Բուլղարիայի տրանսպորտի նախարարի հետ քննարկել է ոլորտում երկու երկրների համագործակցության հեռանկարները

Բուլղարիայում ՀՀ դեսպան Արմեն Սարգսյանը հոկտեմբերի 23-ին հանդիպել է ԲՀ տրանսպորտի, տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների և կապի նախարար, Հայաստան-Բուլղարիա տնտեսական և գիտատեխնիկական համագործակցության միջկառավարական հանձնաժողովի բուլղարական կողմի համանախագահ Իվայլո Մոսկովսկու հետ:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտգործնախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից, հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել է 2015թ. դեկտեմբերին Սոֆիայում կայացած միջկառավարական հանձնաժողովի վերջին նիստի որոշումների իրականացման ընթացքը: Կարևորվել է համագործակցության խթանմանն ուղղված կոնկրետ քայլերի ձեռնարկման, համապատասխան գերատեսչությունների միջև գործնական կապերի ամրապնդման անհրաժեշտությունը: Ներկայացվել են նոր առաջարկություններ` կապված Հայաստանի և Բուլղարիայի մի շարք քաղաքների միջև ապակենտրոնացված համագործակցության հաստատման և զարգացման հետ:
Նշելով երկու երկրների առևտրատնտեսական փոխանակումների առկա ցուցանիշների ոչ բավարար մակարդակը` հանդիպման մասնակիցները պատրաստակամություն են հայտնել այն հասցնել երկկողմ քաղաքական համագործակցության բարձր մակարդակին՝ այդ նպատակին ծառայեցնելով երկրներում առկա մեծ տնտեսական ներուժը:
Քննարկվել է Սոֆիայի և Երևանի միջև ուղիղ ավիաչվերթի վերաբացման հարցը: Այս կապակցությամբ, նկատի ունենալով ՀՀ կառավարության որդեգրած «Բաց երկնքի» քաղաքականությունը, ինչպես նաև «5-րդ ազատություն» ծրագիրը, որ տալիս են որոշակի արտոնություններ ավիափոխադրողներին` դեսպան Սարգսյանն առաջարկել է մեկ անգամ ևս շահագրգիռ քննարկումներ իրականացնել բուլղարական ընկերությունների հետ: Նախարար Մոսկովսկին խոստացել է մանրամասն ուսումնասիրել հարցն ու ընդունելի որոշումներ գտնել ուղիղ ավիաչվերթի վերաբացման ուղղությամբ:
Կողմերն անդրադարձել են երկկողմ իրավապայմանագրային դաշտի բարելավման հարցերին, մասնավորապես՝ տարբեր ոլորտներում դեռևս 1990-ական թվականներին ստորագրված մի շարք երկկողմ փաստաթղթերի թարմացման անհրաժեշտությանը:
Հանդիպման ավարտին մտքեր են փոխանակվել միջկառավարական հանձնաժողովի Երևանում նախատեսված հերթական նիստի անցկացման հետ կապված հարցերի շուրջ:
