Օրերս շրջանառվում էր մի նյութ, որտեղ Հայաստանի թիվ մեկ օդերևութաբան ու արդեն թիվ մեկ նյուզմեյքեր Գագիկ Սուրենյանը պատմում էր իր ու Քանաքեռցի Տույի ծանոթության, նրանց հարաբերությունների մասին: Մի կողմ դնենք, թե ինչպիսի ցածրակարգ պաթոսով էր լցված նյութը: Սուրենյանը պարտավոր չէ որակյալ և գեղարվեստական արժեք ներկայացնող տեքստեր գրել, դա իր աշխատանքը չէ: Ավելին, որևէ մեկն իրավունք չունի մարդուն սահմանափակել շփվել քրեական աշխարհի կամ ասենք ոստիկանության համակարգի ներկայացուցչի հետ: Ավելին ՝ որևէ մեկը չի կարող բռնանալ մարդկանց նախասիրություններին: Ամեն մեկը սիրում է այն, ինչ սիրում է:

Բայց խնդիրն այն է, որ Գագիկ Սուրենյանը բացի ֆեյսբուքյան աստղ լինելուց, նախ պետական պաշտոնյա է: Նրա հեղինակությունը որպես օդերևութաբան բխում է իր պետական պաշտոնյա լինելուց: Սակայն ակնհայտ է, որ նա սկսել է խառնել սկիզբն ու վերջը: Իսկ սկիզբը այն է, որ երբ պետական պաշտոնյան սկսում է գովաբանել քրեական հեղինակությանը, ապա մենք ունենք խնդիր, ոչ այնքան Սուրենյանի, ինչքան պետություն-քրեական աշխարհ հարաբերությունների հետ:

Սուրենյանն, անշուշտ միակը չէ, որ քրեական հեղինակությունների հետ ակտիվ շփումները ներդաշնակեցնում է պետական աշխատանքի հետ: Կան ավելի խոշոր պաշտոնյաներ, որոնք էլ ավելի մեծ ծավալներով են ինտեգրված քրեականների հետ շփումներում: Ավելին, Սուրենյանն ի տարբերություն այդ պաշտոնյաների, սրտի խոսքն է ասում միայն, ոչ թե օրինակ կրիմինալի ռեսուրսը բանեցնում է ընտրությունների կամ այլ քաղաքական նպատակների համար:

Պարզապես իր հանրային ճանաչելիության հետևանքով նրա այդ մտքերը երիցս ակնհայտ են դարձնում խնդիրը, որի մասին վերը խոսեցինք : Քաղաքականն ու քրեականը, առավել ևս պետությունն ու քրեականը պիտի լինեն տարանջատված:
