«Երևան` խելացի քաղաք» ռազմավարական ծրագրի իրագործման նպատակով ստորագրվել է եռակողմ համագործակցության հուշագիր

Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը, ՎիվաՍել-ՄՏՍ-ն ու Տեղեկատվական և հաղորդակցության տեխնոլոգիաների գործատուների միությունը կնքել են համագործակցության եռակողմ հուշագիր, որով իրենց պատրաստակամությունն են հայտնել համատեղ ջանքերով աջակցելու «Երևան` խելացի քաղաք» ռազմավարական ծրագրի իրագործմանը:

Համաձայն հուշագրի՝ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանն, ի դեմս քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանի, պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել «Երևան` խելացի քաղաք» ծրագրի մշակման և իրականացման հանձնաժողովի ուժերով կազմակերպել կարճաժամկետ և երկարաժամկետ միջոցառումներ, որոնք կնպաստեն քաղաքային տնտեսության կառավարման բոլոր բնագավառներում առկա խնդիրների և առօրյա կենսագործունեության ապահովման նորարարական լուծումների մշակմանը։
Համագործակցության հուշագիրն ստորագրած ՎիվաՍել-ՄՏՍ-ն իր հերթին սոցիալական ներդրումների իր ծրագրով կաջակցի «Երևան` խելացի քաղաք» նախագծով նախատեսված համատեղ ծրագրերի իրականացմանը, որոնք, նորարարական լուծումների վրա հիմնված ենթակառուցվածքների ստեղծմամբ կնպաստեն Երևանի հետագա զարգացմանը։ 
«Ժամանակակից քաղաքն անհնար է պատկերացնել առանց արդի տեխնոլոգիական լուծումների վրա հիմնված ենթակառուցվածքի: Դժվար է գերագնահատել տեղեկատվական և հեռահաղորդակցության տեխնոլոգիաների դերը քաղաքային տնտեսության զարգացման գործում: Այդ տեխնոլոգիաները պետք է ծառայեն քաղաքի բնակիչներին՝ ապահովելով առավել հարմարավետ պայմաններ», - նշել է ՎիվաՍել-ՄՏՍ-ի գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանը:
Տեղեկատվական և հաղորդակցության տեխնոլոգիաների գործատուների միությունը՝ հանձին նախագահ Արմեն Բալդրյանի, պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել Միության անդամների միջոցով մասնակցելու «Երևան՝ խելացի քաղաք» ծրագրի մշակման և իրականացման աշխատանքներին, ինչպես նաև աջակցելու քաղաքապետարանի կողմից իրականացվող բոլոր այն միջոցառումներին, որոնք կնպաստեն քաղաքային տնտեսության տարբեր ոլորտներում նորարարական լուծումների կիրառմանը։
Մեծապես կարևորելով Երևան քաղաքի ենթակառուցվածքների հետագա արդիականացումը և քաղաքի միջազգային վարկանիշի բարձրացումը՝ կողմերը կհամագործակցեն տեղեկատվական և հեռահաղորդակցական տեխնոլոգիաների նորարարական լուծումների մշակման և կիրառման ոլորտում:
