ՀՀ Նախագահը հրավիրել է խորհրդակցություն 2018թ. կայանալիք խոշոր միջոցառումների վերաբերյալ

Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանն այսօր հրավիրել է խորհրդակցություն՝ 2018 թվականին Հայաստանում կայանալիք երեք խոշոր միջոցառումների՝ Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի գագաթնաժողովի, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և մայիսյան հերոսամարտերի 100-ամյակի ու Երևանի հիմնադրման 2800-ամյակի նախապատրաստական աշխատանքների ընթացքը քննարկելու նպատակով:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից, հիշյալ միջոցառումների նախապատրաստման և անցկացման աշխատանքները կազմակերպելու նպատակով ավելի վաղ Հանրապետության Նախագահի հրամանագրերով ստեղծվել են հանձնաժողովներ, հաստատվել են դրանց անհատական կազմերը, և հանձնաժողովներին տրվել են հանձնարարականներ:
Խորհրդակցության սկզբում Նախագահ Սարգսյանն ընդգծել է, որ երեք միջոցառումներն էլ ունեն առանձնահատուկ նշանակություն և պետք է անցնեն անթերի՝ կազմակերպչական շատ բարձր մակարդակով: «Ըստ էության, Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի գագաթնաժողովը կլինի Հայաստանի անկախացումից հետո ամենախոշոր միջոցառումը՝ աշխարհի ֆրանկոֆոն երկրների ղեկավարների, բարձրաստիճան բազմաթիվ պատվիրակությունների մասնակցությամբ: Ենթադրվում է, որ 100-ից ավելի պատվիրակություններ և մինչև հինգ տասնյակ պետությունների ղեկավարներ կմասնակցեն գագաթնաժողովին: Սա մեծ միջոցառում է, որի սահուն կազմակերպումը պետք է վկայի մեր պետական մարմինների կայացվածության մասին»,-ասել է Հանրապետության Նախագահը:
Երևանում 2018թ. հոկտեմբերի 11-12-ին կայանալիք Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի գագաթնաժողովի նախապատրաստման աշխատանքների և դրանց վերաբերյալ Նախագահի կողմից տրված հանձնարարականների կատարման ընթացքի մասին զեկուցել է արտաքին գործերի նախարար, Հանրապետության Նախագահի հրամանագրով ստեղծված հանձնաժողովի նախագահի տեղակալ Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը: Օրակարգի հաջորդ հարցի՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և մայիսյան հերոսամարտերի 100-ամյակին նվիրված միջոցառումների նախապատրաստական աշխատանքների ընթացքը զեկուցել է պաշտպանության նախարար, հոբելյանական հանձնաժողովի
Հանրապետության Նախագահը խորհրդակցության արդյունքում հանձնարարել է երկշաբաթյա ժամկետում ամփոփել շահագրգիռ մարմիններից ստացված բոլոր առաջարկությունները և ներկայացնել միջոցառումների մանրամասն ծրագրերը՝ կատարման պատասխանատուներով և ֆինանսական հստակ հաշվարկներով: Նախագահի կողմից տրվել են նաև կազմակերպչական աշխատանքների հետ կապված մի շարք հանձնարարականներ:
