Կսենյա Սոբչակի  հայտարարությունը նախագահական ընտրություններին մասնակցելու մասին համընկավ այն ժամանակի հետ, երբ Ալեքսեյ Նավալնին գտնվում է 20օրյա կալանքի տակ: Սոբչակը մեկնարկեց ու ծաղրի ենթարկվեց: Սա Կրեմլի հիմնական պլանն էր: Նավալնու ազատության մեջ լինելու դեպքում, սակայն, սլաքներն արդեն կուղղվեին ոչ թե Սոբչակից ծաղրածու կերտելուն, այլ նրա քաղաքական հայտը քննադատելուն: Այս իմաստով Սոբչակի առաջադրման մասին հայտարարության ժամանակը պատահական չէր ընտրված:

Բայց Սաբչակն այստեղ ընդամենը տեղեկատվական խայծ է: Առավել կարևոր է հասկանալ, թե նրա առաջադրման հետևում ինչ մոտեցում է դնում Կրեմլը, մասնավորապես Պուտինը: Իսկ մոտեցումը հետևյալն է ` հնարավորինս ապաքաղաքականացնել ընտրությունները, այն վերածել քմծիծաղ առաջացնող գործողության և այս ֆոնին երիցս շեշտել Պուտինի անփոխարինելի լինելու հանգամանքը:

Նավալնիին ամենայն հավանականությամբ կարգելեն առաջադրվել: Եվ խնդիրը այն չէ, որ Պուտինը վախենում է նա առաջադրումից: Վստահաբար Պուտինը կարող է հաղթել նաև Նավալնիին: Սակայն ակնհայտ ռիսկերով, որ Նավալնիի էլեկտորատը դառնալու է քաղաքական սուբյեկտ` համապատասխան հետևանքներով: Բախման Պուտինը չի գնում, նախընտրում է քաղաքական պրոցեսները անլրջացնել, կտրել դրանցից հասարակությանը, հարցերի լուծումը պահել բացառապես կուլիսներում: Մոտավորապես այնպես, ինչպես դա անում է Սերժ Սարգսյանը: Սա երևի հետսովետական ինչ-որ սինդրոմ է:
