Հայաստանի կառավարությունը հակված է անցնել փոքր ջրամբարների կառուցման ծրագրերի իրականացմանը

Ջրային տնտեսության ոլորտում Հայաստանի գերխնդիրը մնում է ներքին ջրերի կառավարման արդյունավետության բարձրացումը: Հոկտեմբերի 20-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների և բնական պաշարների նախարար Աշոտ Մանուկյանը: «Սրա հիմնական լուծումը ջրամբարների կառուցումն է: Անցած տարի մեկնարկեց Վեդու ջրամբարի շինարարությունը, որը 29 միլիոն խորանարդ մետր ընդհանուր ծավալ կունենա: Աշխատանքներն ընթացքի մեջ են: Մենք KFW գերմանական բանկի հետ բանակցություններ էինք սկսել, որոնք արդեն ավարտական փուլում են. Բանկի ֆինանսավորմամբ մենք կսկսենք Ախուրյան գետի ջրային ավազանի կառավարման արդյունավետության ծրագիր, որը ենթադրում է 25 միլիոն խորանարդ մետր ծավալով Կապսի ջրամբարի կառուցումը և Արփի լճի պաշտպանիչ պատվարի ամրացումը»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` ընդգծեց նախարարը:
Նա հավելեց, որ այս ամենին պետք է հաջորդեր Եղվարդի ջրամբարի կառուցումը` 90 միլիոն խորանարդ մետր ընդհանուր ծավալով: «Այստեղ կառավարությունը կանգ առավ, որովհետև մեր բոլոր քննարկումները փորձագիտական շրջանակների հետ բերեցին այն համոզման, որ հարկավոր է փոխել կառավարության փիլիսոփայությունը ջրամբարների կառուցման ուղղությամբ: Կառավարությունը հակվում է այն տարբերակին, որ, գուցե, ճիշտ կլինի հրաժարվել ջրամբարների կառուցման մեգանախագծերից և անցնել փոքր ջրամբարների կառուցման»,- մանրամասնեց նախարարը:
Աշոտ Մանուկյանն ընդգծեց, որ մեր երկրի ռելիեֆը` անդնդախոր ձորերը և կիրճերը հնարավորություն են տալիս կառուցել փոքր ջրամբարներ` օգտագործելով բնական պատնեշները: «Այսինքն, առաջին հերթին դա կբերի տնտեսական արդյունավետության: Փոքր ջրամբարները իրենց շուրջ կձևավորեն նաև որոշակի միկրոկլիմա: Բնականաբար, կլուծվեն նաև ոռոգման խնդիրներ ավելի տեղաբաշխված և լոկալ ցանցերով: Հենց այս փիլիսոփայությունից ելնելով մենք փորձեցինք վերանայել ոչ միայն Եղվարդի ջրամբարի կառուցման ծրագիրը, այլ նաև Կապսի ջրամբարի կառուցման ծրագիրը` ընդամենը փոխելով դրա տարողունակությունը: Գուցե, Կապսի ջրամբարի տարողությունը 25 միլիոն խորանարդ մետրից դարձնենք 15 միլիոն խորանարդ մետր»,- եզրափակեց նախարարը:
