Խոր Վիրապում չինուհու նկատմամբ սեքսուալ բնույթի գործողություններ կատարելու մեջ մեղադրվողի գործն ուղարկվել է դատարան

Խ. Տ.-ին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա 2017 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 1-ին՝ ժամը 19.00-ի սահմաններում, Արարատի մարզի Ուրցաձոր գյուղի վարչական տարածքում գտնվող «Վայրի կենդանիների փրկարար կենտրոն» կոչվող վայրում Չինաստանի Ժողովրդական Հանրապետության քաղաքացուհի Յու Լուն Չունի կամքին հակառակ և նրա նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելով՝ կատարել է սեքսուալ բնույթի բռնի գործողություններ:
Tert.am-ը Դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգից տեղեկացավ, որ գործն ուղարկվել է Վեդիի դատարան և մակագրվել դատավոր Հարություն Պետրոսյանին:
2017 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 1-ին՝ ժամը 16.00-ի սահմաններում, Խ. Տ.-ն իր վարած ավտոմեքենայով Արարատի մարզի Փոքր Վեդի գյուղում գտնվող Խոր Վիրապ վանական համալիրի մոտակայքում՝ կենտրոնական ճանապարհին, նկատել է մինչ այդ իրեն անծանոթ Չինաստանի քաղաքացուհի Յու Լուն Չունին:
Ավտոմեքենան կանգնեցնելով նրա մոտ` Խ. Տ.-ն՝ հասկացել է, որ Յու Լուն Չունը ցանկանում է գնալ Երևան, որից հետո առաջարկել է նրան նստել իր ավտոմեքենան: Խ.Տ.-ն Երևան գնալու փոխարեն ավտոմեքենան վարել է Արարատ քաղաքի ուղղությամբ, նրան ցուցադրել է մի քանի տեսարժան վայրեր և շրջելով՝ միասին գնացել են Ուրցաձոր գյուղում գտնվող «Վայրի կենդանիների փրկարար կենտրոն» կոչվող տարածք, որտեղ նա, ցանկանալով սեռական հարաբերություն ունենալ Յու Լուն Չունի հետ, գրկել է նրան, գցել գետնին, փորձել է պառկել նրա վրա, սակայն Յու Լուն Չունը դիմադրել է:
Խ.Տ.-ն ձեռքերով հարվածներ է հասցրել նրա գլխին և մարմնի տարբեր հատվածներին՝ պատճառելով վնասվածքներ:
Այդ ընթացքում սակայն չինուհին, նկատելով իրենց ուղղությամբ շարժվող ավտոմեքենան, ընդառաջ է վազել այդ ավտոմեքենային և առանց ավտոմեքենայի վարորդ Մ. Մանուկյանին և ուղևոր Ն. Բերդ-Հայնցին բարևելու կամ նրանց հետ խոսք փոխանակելու՝ նստել է ավտոմեքենան և նրանց հետ միասին հեռացել նշված վայրից:
Խ.Տ.-ին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ ՔՕ-ի 1939-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով՝ սեքսուալ բնույթի բռնի գործողություններ կատարելը, որը պատժվում է ազատազրկմամբ՝ երեքից վեց տարի ժամկետով:
Խ.Տ.-ն նախկինում դատված է, դատվածությունը չմարված: Նրա նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը:
