1. Գետնանուշ
Իզուր եք կարծում, թե սա բուսական ծագման անվնաս մթերք է: Ոմանք միամատաբար նույնիսկ կարծում են, թե գետնանուշը, ինչպես ընկույզները, օգտակար է: Առանց պետունին գենի փոխպատվաստման այն չի պահպանվում, իսկ դա սարսափելի թունավոր նյութ է: Միջատները գետնանուշ չեն ուտում:
2. Կարմիր խավիար
Քիչ քանակությամբ կարմիր խավիարը նույնիսկ օգտակար է: Սակայն բանն այն է, որ կարմիր խավիարը շատ կարճ ժամանակ է պահպանվում: Կա երկու ելք. կա՛մ աղ անել մթերքը, կա՛մ սառեցնել: Սակայն կա երրորդ՝ շատ տարածված եղանակ. ավելացնել ուրոտրոպին կամ կիտրոնաթթու: Արդյունքում ստացվում է ֆորմալդեհիդ: Այնպես որ, եթե հանդիպեք «թույլ աղ դրած» խավիար, մի՛ հավատացեք, քանի որ դա թույն է: Իսկ եթե արտադրողն ազնվորեն զգուշացնում է, որ խավիարը լավ աղած կամ սառեցված է, ավելի անվնաս կլինի. անհամ, բայց գոնե՝ ոչ մահացու:
3. Կոնֆետներ, բարբարիս
Խորհրդային տարիներին այս մթերքը կկոչվեր «էկո», սակայն այսօր ոչ մի արտադրող բարբարիսը կամ այլ կոնֆետները չի պատրաստի առանց քիմիական էսենցիաների, քանի որ շահութաբեր չի լինի: Եթե թեթևակի թրջված բարբարիսը դնեք սփռոցի վրա, մի քանի ժամում այն կծակի սփռոցը: Դժվար չէ պատկերացնել, թե ինչ է անում այն ստամոքսի հետ:
4. Չոր ապխտած երշիկներ
Շատերի համար «երշիկ» բառը հոմանիշ է առողջության համար վնասակար և ոչ պիտանի սննդի: Իսկ ինչ վերաբերում է հենց չոր ապխտած երշիկներին, ապա վտանգը նաև նրանում է, որ դրանք վաղուց արդեն ոչ ոք չի ապխտում: Այսօր արտադրողներն օգտագործում են ապխտող հեղուկներ, որոնցում պարունակվում է առողջության համար վտանգավոր ֆորմալդեհիդը: Իմիջիայլոց, եփած երշիկներն էլ ավելի օգտակար չեն. դրանք պատրաստում են գենետիկորեն մոդիֆիկացված սոյայից:
5. Շպրոտներ
Ազնիվ արտադրողները չեն թաքցնում, որ շպրոտների մեջ պարունակվում է քաղցկեղածին նյութ բենզպիրեն, որը կուտակվում է օրգանիզմի մեջ և կարող է մահվան պատճառ դառնալ:
