Բյուրականի աստղադիտարանում իրականացվում են կառուցվածքային փոփոխություններ

ՀՀ ԳԱԱ Վ. Համբարձումյանի անվան Բյուրականի աստղադիտարանում իրականացվում են կառուցվածքային փոփոխություններ: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց Բյուրականի աստղադիտարանի տնօրեն Արեգ Միքայելյանը, կառուցվածքային փոփոխություններ իրականացնելն իր ծրագրի կարևոր կետերից մեկն է:
«Աստղադիտարանը երկար տարիներ չէր ունեցել գիտական կառուցվածք: Գիտաշխատողները միավորվում և համատեղ աշխատում էին միայն այն ժամանակ, երբ կար որևէ դրամաշնորհ: Քանի որ այդ դրամաշնորհները կանոնավոր չէին, հետևաբար խմբերն էլ կանոնավոր չէին աշխատում: Դա, իմ կարծիքով, խանգարում էր ընդհանուր գիտահետազոտական աշխատանքի ճիշտ ընթացքին: Այդ պատճառով որոշեցինք ստեղծել կայուն կառուցվածք»,-ասաց Արեգ Միքայելյանը:
Աստղադիտարանում ներկայում ստեղծվել են 9 գիտահետազոտական բաժիններ: Դրանց մեջ մտնում են ավանդական բաժինները, ինչպես նաև նոր ուղղությունները, որոնք էապես կփոխեն իրավիճակը: Արեգ Միքայելյանի խոսքով, հիմա գիտաշխատողները գիտեն, թե իրենք ո՞ր կառուցվածքային միավորի մեջ են, և ինչպիսի՞ աշխատանք է իրենցից պահանջվում:
«Բնականաբար, սա չի նշանակում, որ գիտաշխատողները սահմանափակված են, իհարկե, խրախուսվելու են համագործակցությունը, բոլոր տեսակի միջճյուղային հետազոտությունը, բայց ամեն մարդ պետք է պատասխանատու լինի իր առջև դրված գիտական խնդիրների կատարման համար»,-ավելացրեց աստղադիտարանի տնօրենը:
Արեգ Միքայելյանը տեղեկացրեց, որ, գիտահետազոտականից բացի, ստեղծել են ենթակառուցվածքային բաժիններ: Դրանցից է դիտողական աստղաֆիզիկայի բաժինը, որտեղ միավորվել են բոլոր դիտակները, տեխնիկան, սարքերը, ընդունիչները:
«Կամաց-կամաց փորձում ենք ուժեղացնել այդ բաժինը: Մինչ այդ, առանձին մարդիկ զբաղվել են այդ հարցով, բայց միասնական թիմով, իսկ համակարգված՝ ոչ: Հիմնականում մեծ դիտակի վրա էինք ուշադրություն դարձնում, չկար ռազմավարություն, չկար ընդհանուր մոտեցում: Ներկայում այդ աշխատանքներն ընթացքի մեջ են: Հաջորդն աստղաինֆորմատիկայի բաժինն է: Սա ենթադրում է աստղագիտության մեջ համակարգչային նոր եղանակներով հետազոտություններ կատարելու հնարավորություն: Այս բաժինը պետք է նպաստի մյուսների աշխատանքին»,-հավելեց նա:
Բյուրականի աստղադիտարանի համար շարունակում է խնդիր մնալ կադրերի հարցը: Արեգ Միքայելյանը նկատեց, որ վերջին տարիներին անընդհատ անձնակազմը նվազում էր և հասել էր 37-ի:
«Դա շատ ցավալի փաստ է, ժամանակին ունեցել ենք 120 գիտաշխատող: Ներկայում փորձում ենք պայմաններ ստեղծել անձնակազմը երիտասարդ կադրերով համալրելու համար: Հիմա մի քանի երիտասարդ ընդունել ենք աշխատանքի: Ներկայում գիտաշխատողների թիվը 42 է»,-ասաց նա:
Աստղադիտարանն ակտիվացրել է աշխատանքը ասպիրանտների հետ, ինչպես նաև ընդլայնում է համագործակցությունն արտասահմանյան կադրերի հետ: Մասնավորապես, այն հայ աստղագետների, ովքեր նախկինում Բյուրականի աստղադիտարանում են աշխատել, սակայն այժմ արտասահմանում են: Արտասահմանյան այդ խորհրդատուներն ունեն որոշակի պարտավորվածություններ: Այն է՝ հաճախ այցելել Բյուրականի աստղադիտարան, դասախոսություններ կարդալ, դասընթացներ անցկացնել, երիտասարդների հետ աշխատել՝ ներգրավելով նրանց տարբեր ծրագրերում, որպեսզի նրանց պրոֆեսիոնալ մակարդակը բարձրանա:
