Արմավիրի բնակիչը կասկածվում է կնոջը սպանելու և գողություն կատարելու մեջ: Գործն
ուղարկվել է Էջմիածնի դատարան և մակագրվել դատավոր Վահե Խալաթյանին:
Tert.am-ը Դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգից տեղեկացավ, որ Բախշի Մարտիրոսյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա իր կնոջը՝ Սյուզաննա Գալստյանին ամուսնական անհավատարմության մեջ կասկածելով` խանդի հողի վրա ապօրինաբար կյանքից զրկելու դիտավորությամբ, գնացել է Արմավիր քաղաք և ապրիլի 17-ին աննկատ հետապնդել է նրան: Այդ ընթացքում ապօրինաբար իր մոտ պահվող հրացանից մեկ անգամ կրակել է Ս. Գալստյանի ծոծրակին` որի հետևանքով Գալստյանը տեղում մահացել է (սպանություն, որը պատժվում է ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104 հոդվածի 1-ին մասով):
Բացի դա, 2016թ. նախնական համաձայնության գալով Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Լճաշեն գյուղի բնակիչ Այգևարդ Հարությունյանի հետ, Բախշի Մարտիրոսյանը գնացել է Դդմաշեն գյուղ և տեղի տներից մեկից գաղտնի հափշտակել է 1500 ԱՄՆ դոլար և շուրջ 8000 ԱՄՆ դոլարին համարժեք 30 կտոր ոսկյա զարդեր` Վ. Սարգսյանին պատճառելով առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի` 4,5 մլն վնաս (պատժվում է ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 177 հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին և 1.1 կետերով)։
Այգևարդ Հարությունյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա կատարել է հանցավոր արարք, որը նախատեսված է ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 38-177 հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին և 1.1 կետերով:
Նրանց նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը:
