Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության համընդգրկուն կարգավորումը հնարավոր չի լինի առանց փախստականների խնդրի լուծման: Երևանում լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը այս մասին հայտարարեց ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի ԱՄՆ համանախագահ Ջեյմս Ուորլիքը: Ամերիկացի դիվանագետի խոսքով` թեև փախստականների խնդիրը միշտ չէ, որ հրաÕ �արակայնորեն քննարկվում է, սակայն այն մշտապես ընդգրկված է լինում մասնավոր հանդիպումների օրակարգում: «Տարածաշրջանում փախստականների ձայնը պետք է լսելի դարձնել: Հարցերից մեկը, որ մենք ցանկանում ենք քննարկել որպես համընդգրկուն կարգավորման մաս, հնարավորությունների ստեղծումն է, որպեսզի փախստականները և ներքին տեղահանվածներրը կարողանան վերադառնալ իրենց տները»,- նշեց միջնորդը:
Նա նաև հավելեց, որ հանդիպումների ժամանակ համանախագահները խնդրելու են երկու երկրների նախագահներին և արտգործնախարարներին համաձայնության գալ այն սկզբունքների շուրջ, որոնց հիման վրա իրենք կարող են շարունակել բանակցությունները:
Ուորլիքը հիշեցրեց նաև, որ իր վերջին երևանյան այցի ժամանակ ՀՀ-ում ԱՄՆ դեսպանատանը օգտակար հանդիպում է ունեցել փախստականների ներկայացուցիչների հետ, ծանոթացել նրանց խնդիրներին: Իսկ այս անգամ համանախագահները Ադրբեջան այցի ժամանակ հանդիպելու են ադրբեջանական փախստականների հետ:
Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորման խնդրով զբաղվող ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմÕ �ի ամերիկացի համանախագահ Ջեյմս Ուորլիքը Երևան էժամանել հոկտեմբերի 26-ին` առավոտյան 4:30-ին: ՄԽ մյուս համանախագահներ Իգոր Պոպովի (Ռուսաստան) և Պիեր Անդրիուի (Ֆրանսիա) հետ նահանդիպումներ կունենա ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի և արտգործնախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանի հետ: ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի անձնականներկայացուցիչ դեսպան Անջեյ Կասպշիկի ուղեկցությամբ տարածաշրջանային այցի շրջանակներում նրանք այցելելու են Լեռնային ՂարաբաղիՀանրապետություն` հանդիպելու երկրի ղեկավարության հետ:
Հայտնի է նաև, որ համանախագահները Բաքվում կլինեն հոկտեմբերի 28-ին` հատելով սահմանը Արցախում:
